NCSoft is this your support with this attitude?

[17:33, 8/10/2018] Danilo: I create a ticket (22012178) on 10/04 sending email to appeal@ncsoft.com
My problem: No access to game with my main account and no access in site with any accouny (When i try to login in any acc, it receive auto ban in site)

Response of NCSoft: Hello,

" It's been 48 hours since we responded to your ticket (Banned account for?) and we haven't heard anything back from you. We're going to assume that this issue is solved, but if it isn't, please reply to this email or click the link below:

2º- GM's read all my problem? 

If you have seen all my ticket I informed you that I did not have access to the support and so I was doing via email, how did they expect me to answer the ticket if I did not have access?
Honestly, I'm not sure what to do after the response of this support ...

@HimeHello, my friends have been ban 28 hours ago, they explained everything in the mail given, cant even log in forum because they are ban there too, so they would like to be unban since they havent done anything wrong, no explaination, was in rush face, lot of Ncoin spent for that and being ban for that ... so please, do sometimes asap.
