Incompetent... it is the only word I have to describe NC developers... you had 1 week to solve this BIG problem and I have been disconnected three times trying to log in today. You unlocked my brother's account after almost 1 WEEK and not even an "we apologize for the inconvenience" or "sorry for the lost playtime"... no... ZERO human contact... "after an exhaustive analisis (?) of your account we decided (?)..." WTF do you think you are? Maybe be you treat players like this because don't open the wallet for this garbage, that's for sure.
