Game stops responding with Webroot virus program

After the last update on Oct. 17, the game stops responding after the character selection screen.  It is being caused by the l2.bin file freezing due to my virus protection.  I use Webroot secure anywhere.  If I shut down my protection the game will run fine.  It did not do this till the above listed update.  I have added all files that Webroot will allow me to to the protection firewall but it does not help.  Will continue playing without virus on but wanted to let you know that there is some sort of l2.bin compatibility issue with that particular virus program.

Game does not crash, it just stops responding during the load screen after character choice screen.

You could try to add Lineage2 to your anti virus's exceptions. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our Support so they can have a look at your particular setup.
