Didn't receive my Halloween Gift after the 3 stages of the Buff/Curse.

I don't know why but I didn't receive the Halloween Gift after the 3 stages of Buff/Curse. If you could fix this, that would be great!!!

It wouldn't allow me to edit my post so I will also say that my character DiabolicalDoll (that didn't receive the halloween gift), she's the only character on that account that I've been using for the event. So I should have gotten the gift, if you could fix this for me & whoever else might be getting this problem, that would be great!!!

If your inventory was full or you were dead when the buff expired, you won't get the gift.  Otherwise you'd have to put in a ticket, they aren't going to fix it from a post here.
