Description typo, or script error?

Orc Monk's passive "Light Armor Mastery":   - Increases P.def by #number#

                                                                       - Increases Evasion by 7

                                                                       - Decreases Critical chance by 15% (???)

I hope this is just a typo and not implemented like that

yes its correct and its the way it should be, but that is the chance of receiving a critical p atack.
