So im finishing the 1st class transfer last 1 hour im killing the red bears and cant drop the quest item.

I lvl 20 and i made 40% on the red bears, their names are even light blue.... what should i do?

I made whole quest at lvl 20 now its not working.

Go down the northwestern road from the Ruins of Agony to hunt Red Bear, until you have Red Soil . Deliver the final blow with a common attack (not with skills) to get the quest item almost immediately.
