    As we can see, NCWest is a subsidiari ..... Maybe we shoul focus to sent our complaints strait to NCSOFT and jump over NCWest as they are a waste of time and as well take the bleep on our money. They altered the game to mutch from his initial setup.

    you can try but let me tell you what answer you gonna get... they will tell you that you have to contact ncWest ... or you thought that NcSoft even care about what happens here? why to care when the same people who threat them here with the "I'm not spending a penny in your game anymore and I'm  quiting game in few months" is the same that throw thousands of dollars in those ridiculous events??

  2. since this is a game it is supposed that u invest ur time here in exchange of entertainment, but it doesnt happens anymore in this unbalanced, broken and full of bots game. We were hopping that Ncwest was going to wake up at some point but i doubt that is going to happens so the best you can do with your time is to spend it doing something else while you leave your toon farming afk, or not logging at all.

    Sorry if some of us aren't too excited about new staff but Ncwest have lied so many times to us and showed zero interest that at this point we care little about what they write on forums but their actions. In addition to all the problems mentioned for other players, still noone provided a solution for the growing number of players using third party software. Whenever someone get many reports for suspicious actions in game Ncwest send to that person an email saying they will start to investigate him... 🙄  You think that all those accounts injecting code to the server won't affect the server stability? 🤔
    Anyways, I hope you lvl a toon also in Naia too to experience yourself the real struggle. Let me know if you need a mentor 🤣😂

    I wonder.. if they can add items by hand, and they have the info ID of the missing items , why they can not add the missing items also by hand to fix this fast? Can we have an answer to this? why it can or can not be done? @EMpulse@Arctic@Juji

  5. they should not, after they fix it they transfer everything without charge for it again because people already paid for it. But as I said instead of guessing they should give an explanation if they really care about their customers. As far as it seems, they will sit and wait to get a new fix from Korea every Wednesday... what NCWest is doing more than waiting? can we know?

    I would like to know why NCWest didnt do roll back 5 minutes later after realizing about that failed maintenance and used a test server to investigate and fix the issue. Or why not to add the items that are missing.  I suppose that NCwest have not any dev team and arent able to touch the server at all more than copy past. But instead to guessing and supposing we will love to hear an explanation about what NCWest are doing and are not doing. Thast will show us that you really "care" about your customers

  7. It sounds more like "let's disable the service and stop charging for it before someone sue us for scamming people selling a services that we cant provide"

    If Ncwest care about players they will test shit before to copy paste it , or they would turn server down few minutes after the maintenance last week and roll back  and see what is wrong in a test server. They never test any shit cuz they dont care at all.

    I did the same but loging with google and the code doesn't work when you try to apply it in l2 account to claim the rune. But it's NcSoft, we don't expect that things work fine...

    I did all the steps people is showing here, and my country is listed in the allowed region and still the code doesnt work

    Nothing to do with being addicted. If you pay for a service (like subscription) and they don't provide the services that you are paying for, you have the right to claim and to get a compensation. Maybe you never claim to ISP providers, mobile phone service, etc when they stop giving you the services you paid for.....
