With all the nerfs over the last couple years the Evis have been knocked a few rungs down the ladder as a PVE DD, but comparably the Seers and Wynns have fallen off the ladder and due to missing/broken rungs at the bottom they can't even get back on... with each nerf they tried to push an existing class to FOTM status(PVE, PVP or both) with the NEW DeathKnight class being favoured by developers for the next 1-2 years... every other PVE DD can expect more nerfs.

Aden... NCWest is Focused on their NEW product, maybe next year if there isn't another new version(or Classic closing by then).

If you are on Live servers(and you mean all 7signs dungeons, not just Raids)... then you need to find an NPC dog named Mr. Peabody(he could spawn Devil's Isle/Hardin's/Ivory Tower etc... not!)

Well Thanks for Posting on Live Forums... it may save returning players from wasting too much time or $$. There is quite a small chance of NC Staff noticing or replying to your post when you use the right Forum(maybe less than in-game drop rate). "Future Updates" sub-forum is completely player driven(Translating other regions etc)If any NC Staff ever even sees this forum... They can not confirm or deny other regions content's existence, and even if we do get the content eventually... they might find out a week or two before the update(and if we're lucky we might read patchnotes before the servers finish updating)
The Aden Forums are new(https://forums.lineage2.com/forum/57-aden/) so there are limited sub-forums... but you might get some attention there.

Over the years it has cost me more than straight exchange for NCoins... but a nominal exchange fee on Amazon.com(about 8 years ago, until they geo-locked NCoin purchases)tripled when I was forced to buy NCoin from Account management... and it increased again when they outsourced payment processing through Digital River or whatever it was called.

Corporate practices and policies about exchanging Foreign currency are only enforceable for Banking and Financial Companies.
- Country B currency is worth 1.5x Country A currency
- Country A decides to pay 45% exchange(x1.45)... but will not pay any exchange on coins(x1).
- Country B charges 35% to exchange(x0.65)... and still charge exchange on coins.
- National Retail stores will likely set a yearly exchange rate within 1-4% of their Country's average exchange rate for the previous year.
- Mom + Pop local neighborhood shops can get away with not paying exchange... and they could charge 10-20% more than exchange rate
NCsoft seems to want to follow Mom + Pop rules or even less if they could get away with it. If Euro does fall below USD... then you would pay exchange like every other currency that is worth less than USD.

If they would ADD an Exalted enchanting bundle: 50 Blessed Exalted Armor enchants and the box of consumables(105+ quantity limited for Account(10?)... reset yearly with Hero Coins) Then they could change the Exalted Armor bundles... instead of Account limit of 2 per type, they could limit 1 per type for each character on the account.(if they took out Exalted Soul Crystal and some extras, like Challenger Weapon stuff... they could remove the limit and discount them 40-60%)

I think C4/5 I stopped playing NCwest due to buddies quitting ... came back during one of the Gracia patches stayed about a year(I believe Juji started as Moderator during my first break), and returned again when we got Free2Play Goddess of Destruction(only minor breaks, 1-2 months each since then)

If he had Lineage ][ installed by Steam while it was available, then Steam would have had accurate time and other achievements during that time... but AFAIK L2 has been purged from their libraries now(anyone still have it on their Steam account?).

You must be on Aden server(s)... Live servers still have MOBs in abandoned zones(no updates for years) our Aden hasn't developed enough to warrant filling the entire Map yet.

Just like Beauty shop, I suggest an NPC Prop/Costume manager. When you go to the Wardrobe... you will be in the same type of interface as the Beauty shop and can switch between collected APPs(an inventory toggle to hide/show Costumes on the fly), with sections for:
- Disguise(costumes like Formalwear/Alice/Assassin etc, extract stone to trade to NPC)
- Armor(no grade to Dynasty, can buy/earn/trade)[Doom Armor Costume will auto-switch APP based on Equipped Armor]
- Weapon(no grade to Dynasty, can buy/earn/trade)[Dynasty Weapon Prop will auto-switch based on Equipped Weapon]
Hair Accessories, Cloaks... sure we can add them later. All "Costumes" actually only look like "legacy gear" (copied textures, and converted for this new function) they can Add all current Disguises(so they can be extracted and used)... but just add a few Armor/Weapons, and add more over time. Eventually we could lose all Weapon/Armor/Accessory NPC vendors across the map(maybe add some S80/R-grade in Luxury Shop Trade for Crystals/Ether/etc. not compatible with Costumes... yet), delete the modify Armor scrolls... and we should fix the issue(s) which lead to them removing Weapon APP items.

WOW I've never heard of NCRU... it's 4game/Innova, APP is irrelevant... you are asking for return of a feature which was developed by/for for an independent licensee(never on legitimate company run servers... EVER)

I know the 3rd is empty sound for you, but think about 2nd.
Contra:
1. Need to do something.
NCsoft has never had an offline "Training Camp" or offline shops either for any official L2 service(4game is a licensee, legally providing Lineage2 service in their region[plus customizations]) so if you want to get back offline anything... you came to the wrong place(go to the server where they actually had/have those services)

1 post claiming to have reported numerous "bots" next post accusing a specific player(against the Forum Code of Conduct) just cancelled out each other... Next you could post a Video of TOP Player "obviously using k/b macro or bot" and all your posts disappear when you get banned, if you really have proof of any wrong doing... keep it between you and support, The Forums are intended for Player to Player support(we rarely even get acknowledged by any NCsoft staff)

worthless cosmetic items are deleted by most players, working or not... I don't think anyone kept that(it has only been available to our server since last year, most 16/17 year toons need as many empty inventory slots as possible)

Only option then was to press the exit button which I did and then I am back outside with my original looks. New changes disappeared.

Integrated combined Graphics... Intel at Desktop w/ discrete 3D Accelerated Graphics for 3D applications(Gaming)
MS Windows discrete switching, Geforce Driver and the Game will never, all be BUGGED the same globally in EVERY region at the same time.
I have an Acer All-in-one computer for Streaming/Web Browsing etc.(some-times an L2 shop or leacher in the back-ground) I had a discrete GeForce 450 add-in-card[no external connections on mine] that occasionally crashed my computer... when I was getting WinLicense I tried using a Normal PCIe Geforce750, I couldn't get the Internal display to work since the card wasn't discrete, so no switching[it NEEDS discrete graphics, or another Monitor] but with a dedicated Graphics card, no more error... when I tried it with only Intel-on-chip Graphics it still worked. I don't really want to put the OLD discrete card in... but dedicated is even stupider. I have a couple newer Acer discrete card part numbers and my original... can't seem to find any yet.
Maybe Japan/Korea haven't gotten this conflict YET(maybe they never will... unless they simulate simultaneous regional distribution of ALL related software GLOBALLY)

L2 is about stacking several bonuses for GOOD stats on your Toon... a non-Dagger could get some extra damage with Rear Damage bonus[a Tyrr or Tank to keep Agro away etc] with Ability(SP)/Collection/SA/Augments, but with the limited Rear Damage bonuses they could enjoy, compared to F2P Dagger's Rear damage it's just not worth it in most situations(maybe 1-3 Yuls with Rear Damage could be useful?? depending on investment.)
