As @Wissp siad in the maintenance post, all issues regarding the very first reason to stop tranfers was fixed already. Who should I ask? Should I post a ticket? Should I tag any other GM?   2. I appreciate your effort here in forums @GM_EVA, but who is responsible for the transfers? I thought the issue caused by transfers was fixed last week? If so, is there any other reason to keep transfers closed? It is one of three major ways to spend $ ergo pay your salary. Thank you for pushing it to the people in charge.

  12. Hi, the right mouse click on players name shows two options: Current Coins Coin Reward This is clearly a bug, cause only thing this does is block the player.
  13. @HermesThe whole event would be even more interesting if there was more luck involved. With this setting it is just "last momment" mouse clicking. On Naia, the top prices are delivered just once a day since there is not enough traffic to release them (ususally as last items). I would suggest this setting: Randomly sorting all the prizes ( 6x7000 + (?) 6x500 + 10 ) Releasing of these prizes in this server - round specific order. Of course you can keep one top prize in the last spot just to keep the lot alive. This would encourage more players to get involved even if the traffic is not that high.
  14. Hi @Arctic! That is definitely a good news. Could we talk about proper compensations now? 8 days delay for a paid service is pretty long. The care package you provided is irrelevant for most of us. You know, there is plenty of ideas in the dedicated topic. You can go though them.
  15. One thing that might help you #22patientones. I listed all my timed items I was afraid to lose in a ticket and they manually added them to my WH. I know it is not much, but try that also. @EMpulse@Arctic@Juji Anything new? Any useful compensation? Support guys were not able to help. Thanks!

Ticket nr. 23812863 Dedicated transfer forum post without complete information Plenty of players still unable to connect to the game or the website you asked to "submit a ticket". How should they do it? I believe this matters now happening are not your faults, but once you agreed to do the community managers, you should now be active.
  17. Please reconsider the care package. I do not want to make this public, because people would flame you. I would love the package, if it were tradeable. But it is not, it is nonsense for me to use it on this specific char. Did you look into the items being transferred? You are holding my 50 $ and items worth quite a lot of adena and give me items I do not need (on this char). Could you help me trade this items? Or can we speak of other means of compensation? @EMpulse@Arctic Next major thing you missed is the items with timer. I will lose several event items if you won't hurry up. @Juji Please talk to us.

  20. Please consider making a topic regarding the transfers. It is a long-term problem by now and players could get lost reading the forums. Also make sure, that players do have enough time to trade/enchant/whatever they need to do with items with timer. It is a great inconvenience, so please urge the devs to the max. Thanks @Juji!
  21. "Tomorrow" could be confusing term for some people in different timezones. Do you mean by tomorrow = during the planned maintenance? Thanks for your reply.
