probably is weapon bug not class specific. they cant block it. You havent any class info that vampiric rage dont affect on DN skills, also vampiric rage on auto atk work so its 100% bug that noone care before

The effect form Berserker Spirit is a VR effect with fixed amount. The problem you see is also intended - the mobs are resisting it.
None of these things will change, even if you tag god himself here. Unless Korea doesn't come up with some major change to these settings.
it's not about polearm weap preventing VR work, any weap you use doesnt work VR on DN.
I suggest you make DN class 105 lvl atleast and try to do smthin without tanzanite/heal from iss.
I'm not Ando to play with 4kk defs, also I have setup skill power/skill crt dmg my character.
I rerolled from duelist and I see difference, pplz say DN is just pve class but actually is not even pve compare to duelist (which is pvp class)
imagine I farmed toi 3-4 without heal on duelist, now i can't farm toi2 because I'm perma dead,
Where you have on skill description berserker "vampiric effect" ? I see only "recovery" word

whats the reason ? All DD's have VR effect on skill except DN ? It's isnt normal and nerf this class alot on pve
Also why berserker have kind of reuse on "recovering 20% hp when target dead" ?
I think its bug because every tyrr have AOE/feoh/yull but only DN nerfed ? Even iss "blood requiem" skill doesnt affect on DN skills so its not normal bro.
Auto atk VR doesnt work too

Can you fix finally vampiric rage effect on Tyrr DN class? Played previous many other classes and all VR effect work on their skills but not on Tyrr DN
I spoke with many DN's they have same problem for long time
Playing on zones like ToI/DT, even castilla 125 is pain because you need carry all time for HP, Berserker skill also dont work proper or have "reuse" on passive "when target is die recovery 20% hp" because I notice it's not every target dead.
Tbh I dont see any "cooldown" on this pasive in Berserker skill descrption.

Dragon weapons is very good upgrade to your pve aswell even if theres no pve dmg Or soulshot dmg
I hope ncsoft will make some serious changes like blizzard did with WoW

One question
I decide to test monumentum charge Stones to improve dmg by have all time max monumentum.
Cost of this isnt high in grocery shop But theres problem with weight limit And monumentum Stones dont stop using when its lv20 (max)
Can you make them weight limit 0 or stop using from macro when monumentum lvl is max ?

To safe market ncsoft should make not over price chests with guarante Basic items, farm euros on enchant with better chance to help Peoples enchant it (for example dragon jewels or God jewels bootles, lv2-3 dw etc bootles)
They must help Players Gear up cheap, then force to upgrade it with ncoins.
Make dragon raids very rare drops That will make servers more live with pvp, top clans to find more Peoples and fight for it.
Also any special reward each Player invited in comand Channel and registered to siege (just for active ones, not toons of bots dead around siege zone - for example mission: stay alive during siege 30min to get reward)
Thats my few words about this situation.

Also crisis time zone chests, in 1k chests i get 1 forgoten book.
2x drop rate runes from destiny pack and prestige pack give nothing to chests better drop chance.
I dont even say about drop from epic instances or Toh instances because there all you can drop last weeks is Angel accesory not even +6.
New antharas instance another joke drops same like all other CC instances.
