Thanks for taking the time to welcome me and provide this feedback, Xon! I appreciate the way you've articulated your thoughts. I'm probably going to avoid responding to the more complex and/or emotionally charged discussions until I gain a better understanding of the game and the community. I am, however, comfortable revealing that I have a genuine passion for communication and connecting with other people. With that said, you can expect that I will be on these forums, social media, and in-game quite frequently. Perhaps reading more for now, than responding.

Thanks, AshesofAden! I do have a background in feedback gathering and reporting, so one thing I can guarantee is that community feedback will be properly communicated to the appropriate channels. In fact, I've been lurking these forums for a little while now, so I already some basic knowledge of some of the issues being reported. My goal will be to figure out ways to let everyone know that I'm here gathering information, even when certain topics do not receive a response.

When I'm ready to make an alt, it will likely be a healer. For now, I'm going to try and focus on only one character, to gain a better understanding of how the game feels as you progress.
