Thanks for letting us know about the missing NPC Roa, on Chronos! We're going to look into what may have caused them to flee their post, and hopefully we talk them into making a timely return. We'll update you when we have more information on this issue!

I definitely like the idea of participating in-game with players in an official capacity, whether it's just for fun, or as a planned event. I've done similar types of engagement with communities in the past, on other products where I worked as a Community Manager. With that said, there are many challenges and complications with this type of interaction, and some serious consideration would need to be made in order to organize this form of engagement. Don't be discouraged though, it's something I may look further into down the road, once I have a better understanding of our internal systems, tools, resources, policies, and history pertaining to official in-game presence and activity. After some internal investigation it appears that the Freya's Scrolls of Storm provided by the vanity codes will persist after the expiration date, and new codes will not be necessary. Please let us know if there are any issues with the scrolls expiring after Wednesday, so we can revisit this matter accordingly. Thanks, everyone!

The Server Transfer Service for Lineage II: Live has now been restored and players can once again begin transferring characters between Chronos and Naia! Please be aware that your total character count may show inaccurate numbers once a character transfer has completed. This can occur if the origin server doesn’t correctly subtract the character after moving to the destination server. We will update the community regarding this issue once it has been resolved. There are some changes coming in the future to Lineage II: Classic, where Agathion Bracelets and Talisman Bracelets will only be upgradable through compounding (combining two of the same items together). As a result, in a future content update, we will be removing Agathion's Soul, Blessed Agathion's Soul, and Shining Agathion's Soul from the game. To ensure that these items remain viable until their removal, we are implementing a special exchange starting after the maintenance on September 7 where players can turn these items in for other useful items. Agathion's Soul x1 = Agathion Enchant Scroll x1 Blessed Agathion's Soul x1 = Agathion Enchant Scroll x1 Shining Agathion's Soul x1 = Greater Agathion Enchant Scroll x1 These items may be exchanged using the side-bar Dimensional Merchant and selecting the ‘Event > Agathion Soul’ option. All unexchanged items will automatically be replaced during the next content update with the same items offered in the above exchange. If you are referring to the "Recurring Pack" subscription, please read the following from the FAQ: "Once you subscribe to a Recurring Pack, a serial code will be automatically available to you in the Serial Codes section of your NC Account. You will get a new code every 30 days until you decide to cancel the recurring subscription. You must activate your Recurring Pack Serial Code from the Serial Codes section of your NC Account Profile. From there, you can manage all your Pack purchases. By clicking the Confirm button on the right hand side of the Recurring Pack, a series of pages will allow you to choose which server will receive the pack. After activation, the items will go to the Dimensional Merchant on that server. You will be able to choose which character receives the pack from the Dimensional Merchant."
