How do you punch out every night knowing your job isn't done? Lag for a day, ok, maybe a week w/ an explanation, i guess. Months? No, no other US business would let their employees leave their business in the state this service is in. If you're in over your head, subcontract some1 to come in and tell you, hire someone, do something!! There's kids in high school that could probably figure this out for peanuts or a few apple time cards. Open your personal wallet, bypass Korea, and fix this. Sometimes it's easier to beg for forgiveness then ask for permission. You will not draw new customers with experiences like this and you are for sure losing old customers/money. I think Comcast actually has you beat in customer service! I'm sorry, but I live in the US, I work in the US, and I have never, EVER, seen a business run this poorly. You could double, even triple your profit with the right leadership but instead I swear, sometimes I think this is a social experiment to see how horrible a service you can provide and watch what your loyal customers do in response.

Doubt it! No 1 is gonna drop what they are doing to hunt a pk toon that can turn white before you even find him, its ridicules how fast these guys lose karma, I saw it first hand yesterday, archer would pk someone, target 2-3 mobs if that, then pk another. Wiped out a large area. And if you kill him he drops nothing? wtf happened to this game, the /target macro is a good idea and like i said earlier, log out a toon to rez yourself, you can't beat them, try to bore them.

Unfortunately excommunicated is right, they won't do anything. I have seen a clear case of harassment, documented times and everything else needed and got the same response he got. The people reading the tickets barely understand english and don't see things the same way Hime did when that was written. It does suck losing money cuz some asshat wants to make everyone else bs quest more miserable then it already is, log an alt there with rez scrolls, pop up as soon as he's gone, was the best I could do.

I'm sorry Mr Knowitall, I wasn't playing the game 5 months ago and I should not have to back and read events outside of game to know whats going on in game. So now what? You're so quick to try and insult with your puny mind you can't stop and thing rationally. For all I could of known those were drops from the Freya raid!
