the problem with the ip/account perciste and they didn't give any opinion of the reason for this problem.
my god at least they respond to the tickets sent... give some opinion on the situation, it is not possible that we will continue without answers. or some pleyers are better than others.
@JujiI'm having trouble trying to log in which says restricted ip, I asked some people who are also having this problem. I even opened a ticket but I still didn't have a support. I would like to know if you are close to solving this problem.

I did the common procedure to enchant my weapon.
