About prices its simple... Lets say (its just example) Korea server have 2000 gamers - for game pay 1000-1500 gamers (so server can get profit even for low items prices).
Nc.West also have 2000 gamers - but pay for game max 100 gamers (for server also need profit). So NC.West orentate in this 100 gamers - and from this people (supports) getting money. To make price less - its not solve any problem, because this people who not pay now - not will pay newer. I cant imagine that Russians, Moldovians, Romanians, Grecians, Polands, Ukrainians, Lithuanians, Latvians, Brazilians (its base of NC.West gamers) and etc start pay for game... This never not will happen. If here in forum cry about "prestige" price... what can more say... they not have or not want pay even simple 15$....
You are wrong about people who choose not to invest . What is the point to invest 200-300 Euro or US Dolar to get 0 benefits in game ? (my experience 250 EUR
+5 Aden cloak)The problem of the Game is the "Korean roulette" with NC$oft chances that are slim to > 0 . This is the reason for the mid class stop spending in NC$oft events .
On topic : I hope NC$oft will become NCSoft with the Einhasad shop prices . Looking forward to have on what to spend (wisely) money on the shop .

Yes huge lags 2-5 seconds without moving and disconnect a lot , game is unplayable

You are losing clan passive when you are teleporting to TOI since your clan does not exist on that server (I assume)

It matters what weapon you use according to stance , you will lose the element that the stance (if the stance is not on the same element as the weapon) is giving to you = less damage .
If you have wind on weapon and activate wind stance you get more element (50 element ) .Tested in case of STS switching from wind stance to to dark stance and back .
Best case is to use weapon + stance on the same element if not you lose 50 element

You are wrong , it would be nice to have the "Korean Store " for pay to win , but we have here the system "gamble to lose" and if you are lucky is gamble to win .
I will be more than happy to invest 700 Euro to make + 30 weapon with safe enchants like Korean version . But we don't get that type of store instead we get the same difficulty lvl .

Is just your assumption , you have no way of knowing that , (people already stated that shirt gets removed if it is on you), why you assume that enchant happens before and that is not just animation that is slow ? why the change ? what is the reason for it ? how come i have failed to make a shirt +5 with more than 1000+ enchants ?

With new event now is time to enchant your shirt GL to all (i hope you can make it + 5 with the 40 joke enchants from the pack) i spend 1000+ enchant and shirt is still +4

I do care after i used 1000 + enchants on a dragon shirt and i still have it +4 (i was enchanting with 105 luck from +4 to +5 (99 after drop) ).
Just because people with 120 luck don't give a crap about this doesn't make it normal for all other people.

That has logic (are you blind the + 5 shirt is equipped and enchant remains +5 in the video on the equipped shit even if the other one goes to 0 ) God forbitten that Nc$oft **** 's something up on their server "free" of bugs and exploits .
Look on the inventory shirt in the first seconds that goes +1 .

That's because you are trying to enchant the Dragon Rind Leather Shirt you're currently wearing. During the enchant process the shirt is automaticaly unequipped/equipped.
No is not normal i have +5 dragon shirt on me and I'm enchanting another one from my inventory

I have started to have DC after last update max time in game 1 - 2 hours usually i get dc in 30 minutes after login .
I have tested my internet connection (Fiber) 450 MB download and 450 MB upload with a server outside the country (im in France , Paris area).
Also tested ping -t to see if i drop packets all seems good no packet drop (i could add -l 35k but usually al destinations drop this type of ping because of DDOS attack )

They change INT definition when they nerfed mages , INT was supposed to affect Mcrit damage (Mcrit heal amount ) and M atak also the chance to land a debuff.
Now it only affect M atak.

I have Sk lvl 110 and dual DA 109 , i can say that SK aura is bugged doesnt give Pdef stated on the buff , Hex cubic is bugged when it comes to trigger (SKIL description 5 sec) it triggers more like 1 time per minutes.
DA can solo more because it has 2 skills that fills 15% (together) hp .
With 100k up to 250k pdef full buffed with certificate (triger p/m def) i can still get 3 kk damage from top archers (dont want comments about Archer artefact resist
)
i have R110 PVE set +9--+11 armor parts +8 protection +18 venir +1 abundance , insanity , lv8 sayha , 10% pdef from fortress , forgotten skills +5 G Diamond, G emerald , Gperal , Ggarnet (i miss cat eye
) G topaz ofc some small enchanted artefacts and lvl 2 shirt bracelet and book , ruler authority
With Sk at 110 , cant do 115 castilia (low weapon) but with +12 r110 weapon i think is doable
In ketra i can stay up with iss heal , and at pvp as long as i have UDs im fine
(dont have good jewels but i can resist feoh s quite good compare to archers or strong tyr/ dagger )
