How to level up to 95

Hi there,

I used to play L2 a long time ago, but i decided to play again. I'm level 92 Yul Moonlight Sentinel and when I got into the game again a few days ago I already had a char lvl 89. The problem is that I don't actually know what to do, where should i invest my time. I've been doing the kartia solo and Rafini dailies, but every day i get a message to speak with hernaph, when i go there, it just says that i dont have the minimum level, and only has quests for lvl 100. Penny does not give me harnak as well, only the kartia mission. I just wanted to know if there is anything else I can do or if i just have to keep doing dailies until 95. I guess that would trigger some new quests, perhaps? Sorry, but im really lost, I would like to speak with someone who can guide me.
