Tyrr Dreadnought (Skills)

Hi.

I would like to know why when I use the ability of the Tyrr Dreadnought.

1.- PROVOKE LVL 6, and it gives the enemy, after a few seconds it is removed, when in the description of the ability it says that it lasts 20 seconds. this always happens in both PvP and PvE.

2.- HURRICANE STORM LVL 10, in the ability description, says that it deals 36735 damage and 50% more damage when you use a spear and it is certainly not noticeable that it does 50% more damage with the spear.
I verified this with the ability THUNDER SPEAR LVL 6 that has a similar damage (37424), (No critical damage in both abilities).

I am not sure if it is an error or if it has always been like this and nobody had noticed.

1. i noticed the same.

2. it increases the skill power not the damage dealt. so if you have 1000 power with normal weapon you get 1500 power with spear
