          Any company is divided between people whose personal and professional inclinations are divided between technicians, intellectuals and entrepreneurs. As Plato says in his book The Republic: "those who have money pay the technicians who in turn make their skills available to intellectuals." It is interesting to note that Lineage 2 was created in these terms, in Interlude we have things well defined: dwarves are technicians who finance and finance the enterprise of intellectuals (wizards) in their wars, but it is Ivory Tower and Elven Vilage not Dwarven vilage that determines the good progress of the continent in its surveillance and studies to control the evil. The question here is that all of us players realize that in the NCSOFT administration we have technicians, we have entrepreneurs, but where did intellectuals, artists and poets go? For example, I noticed that you simply discarded the game's story, many old quests were discarded, the elves' struggle with the wizards of Ivory Tower to halt the advancing nefarious consequences of the magical war between elves and humans in the past simply disappeared but the map is still there, the point here is that it should be noted that there is a predominance of business and technical mentality in management today to the detriment of the more playful part in its narrative richness, that is, I ask a question to NCSFOT employees today: What is first in your hearts today? Where are your writers and intellectuals? Do you think a game is just setting up your technical part, making money and that's it? The results are there to show that it is not. What is considered useless for many is actually what gives life and soul to the game. Today I see an npc in Gludio no longer summoning me to help the kingdom rid Gludio's territory from the invasion of the lizardmen but teaching me how to use the auto hunt system. There is no more sense in the game.

          Lineage 2 and any other game is built from its history and not from its technological innovations, don't you think it's strange that Lineage 2 was much better before (2001) than today (2021)? What good are all technological innovations if you lost your soul to technicality and quick and futile entrepreneurship? If you put money first, money will soon decrease, but if you give life back to the game you will soon have a lot more money because inner wealth generates outer wealth and not the other way around. Remove these narrow-minded facilities, players with a soul don't want auto hunt, they want to conquer things by developing their willpower and not being treated like robots. We want to get involved again, to be thrilled with our achievements, with the formation of friends through the system of buffs, heals, recharges, tankers, spoils, magicians and crafters again, we want interaction and life in the l2 again, life that you killed for having received a game in your hands that you don't really understand because you are technicians and not artists, entrepreneurs and non-intellectuals. The administration of Lineage 2 today is a cold administration driven by technicality and money nothing more. That’s why you don’t bother to remove bots as you are on the same level as bots without a soul, and it doesn’t distress you like it afflicts a player who saw what Lineage 2 was in the past and what it has become today. Perhaps Ncsoft has been hijacked by undercover competitors from other companies that prevent you from working well, will you know? Or perhaps you are not in a job that you love or think you love, or even love, but you lack culture, imaginative wealth, in short, inspiration from good literary sources to bring to the l2 the quality that past developers have brought and impressed millions of people around the world. Some explanation has to have for this slowness and ill will but we don't know what it is. Stop putting utility above playfulness or the game will be an extension of the machine instead of being something creative formed from the machine, stop treating us like imbeciles that all the time need to be guided by npcs to the exact location of quest as if we couldn’t investigate the path alone. If you put utility above all, you will soon discover that what is useful becomes useless without the imagination considered useless by today's management. Lineage 2 was a rich game, full of quests, challenging, instigating, rich in philosophy, interaction and history. art, beauty, incredible landscapes, beautiful cities, nostalgic music to become a useful poverty where everything is easy no one has to explore anything else if they don't start their auto hunt to be killing mobs that are reborn in 3 seconds to satisfy the world of bots and their soulless players.
