So far i've had 7 fails on a level 3 spell book.

After each fail the odds should change. 

At least an additional 10% in the players favor.

After the introduction of Giran Seals I have sent mail to NC regarding the rates of Spell Book Crafting with Aden Subjugation Crystals. Their answer was that they changed nothing but from the day of introduction of the Giran Seals until today I have 20 fails and 0 success to craft 18 2-star Spell Books and 2 1-star Spell books. Not a single success. It is because NC wants you to spend your Lcoins to Giran seals one pack can give you from 1 to 1000 Giran seals meaning that with that one Giran Seal may cost you from 200 Lcoin to 0.2 lcoins.

NCWest have zero customer service skills. Their promos are pre-existing promos translated from Korea. They don't innovate, create content, or adjust to the poor reality of the market and the server population. Servers can have five players left and they still won't make any adjustments.

They do not care they care only for the money. Today had my 24th consecutive spellbook fail (22 2-star fails and 2 1-star fails). After the introduction of Giran Seals the first introduced spellbook crafting went to the trash can. I cannot understand how there is 25% in each try but after trying 24 times it is infuriating and also a fact that unless someone pays for the spellbooks you are going to learn any useful spell. The promotion with daily attendance will help f2p players but still the crafting is abyssal and it does not worth it.

It really saddens me how the game got corrupted, it's a shame that most of the important items have to be obtained with real money plus chance, how can it be that to try to craft a book you have to use an item that can only be obtained with l2coin (no way that if it fails, the compensation is a joke). As it is possible that the girán seal is only obtainable by boxes for l2coin, they only offer one way to play and it is with real money, and they do not come with the fact that one can collect adena and buy the l2coin, because it is to contemplate that there will be people always putting money and selling them. Nor do the raids offer rewards commensurate with the effort involved (kill fritezza to get a shield nightmare). If you don't put money in, you will always be 1 year behind or depending on how lucky you are in any event (if worthwhile events come out, freya or holy land are not worth it). Offer more tools to enjoy the game since they took away the original sense of l2, community, economy, essence. I understand that this comes from Korea, but can't you like NCSOFT USA give it your stamp? The server is over a year old and they never listened to the players, they lied to us with an alleged survey that only reflected changes from KR. When will we have an honest feedback between the community and the administrators?
