uzulll Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 Can you please explain to me, if you are already aware of the problem with the black coupon in relation to the recovery dates? It's clear there's a problem, it's not just me, it happened to several friends. In short, items that were broken after 10/31 appear to be recovered, for example an orfen earring that I broke on 11/15, but not all items that I broke before 11/31 appear, such as +2 epic . sending a ticket to support and receiving a response from a robot is not helping at all.
