Eternal R99 or Leviathan R110(and the new L-grade) you can only change during Red Libra Events(you just missed one) Exalted Armor from the Exalted Questline can be changed at Lionel in Heine for just 100kk ... but Blessed Exalted does not seem to have any exchange option, neither does Seraph R95 Twilight/Immortal R or any Armor with Paulina's in the name.
