Pizzle Posted October 5, 2018 Share Posted October 5, 2018 What a new low NCSOFT! @Juji@Hime i hope you can get this fixed. You all deleted my support tickets mid way through a claim. You all are playing with peoples money and time. If my stuff isnt addressed with in the next couple days im just going to recall all my money. I have all the screen shots of my tickets and all of the emails. At this point this is just ridiculous.You are supposed to be a professional business and private servers are ran more professionally then you all are handling the issues and huge mistakes on you end.
