    Exactly, a clan is not the same as a character, you cannot bottleneck new clans into staying level 3 forever while all older clans are already level 4-5 with full buffs.

    I have real data for people to comprehend the scope. We are 6 people running a total of 32 accounts, exping 24/7 since the new clan update (all over level 80), we are at 20% exp for clan level 4. It's insane. I cant imagine how long 4 to 5 will take? 1 year? Maybe in my retirement years i will also have a clan level 6.

  2. I have a feeling that all of these problems are artificially made cause of bad server rates. I remember back in the day most someone would have are 2-3 boxes max depending on class. If people need a full party or 2 just to fund soulshots, in order to exp casually, this is completely insane. In fact the whole l2 classic situation feels abit insane with people running 30-40-50 accounts.

    The game is unbalanced in everyway imaginable and i hope NC adjusts things accordingly with future updates.

  3. The system itself is ok, the clan exp rate needs to be buffed by alot, at least up to level 5. It should be possible for an active clan of 30 people to gain a level 3 to 4 within 2-3 weeks. Now it needs 3-4 months.

    Moreover it's completely unfair that alot of people already got lvl 4-5 clans that they instantly bought with adena> Proof of Blood. Unfair cause of all the buffs available at those clan levels.

  4. This is not a DDOS, this has nothing to do with networking. This is a problem that always existed in L2, if alot of drops are in the ground the server>client cant process the information properly causing all sorts of problems.

    Apparently someone got pissed with someone and decided to use his botting scripts to take revenge by making it unplayable for people farming in LOA. Besides from this being an obvious problem for the people trying to farm there this also poses a serious threat in general.

    GM's should take this very seriously to prevent something like this becoming more widespread. Just imagine everytime you bleep someone off to drop a shit-bomb like this.

    Heroic circlets are not tradable, that's why they are so powerful.

    There are no buffer npc's, if you want buffs make a dualboxed buffer, preferably Warcryer.

  7. Live is the original old L2 with all the evolution and patches of the last 15 years.

    Classic is a re-imagining of the C4-Interlude patches but with vastly different approach. 

    Both are heavily P2W and both have nothing to do with how L2 used to be like 10-15 years ago. It's just a matter of preference, if you prefer older chronicles then classic is better suited for you, if you want to see new stuff then Live is what you want.

  8. The real problem is the people themselves playing this game.

    Reason for Bots = People RMT

    Reason for P2W Events = People buy them

    Reason nothing changes = Why would it change? NC wont make more money from the people whining in the forums, people that spend cash will continue to do so. If they fix the game it wont make it more profitable than what it is now, on the contrary whales might lose the huge advantage they get.

    The real victims here are the small fish that exist to entertain the whale's feeling of superiority.

    The absurdity is that people actually think NC cares for the "players", of course they dont, they care about making money, its a company, not a gamer's wellfare organization.

    Do you want stuff to change? Stop playing and whales will stop spending money and NC will be forced to act. A very simple solution to a complicated problem.

  9. In my opinion this pk system is bad and gets abused alot. For example i farm in Cruma, some smartass comes and wants to claim my spot. First he observes to make sure i am afk, then he logs in a lvl 75-80 perma-red nuker and wipes my whole group. After he casually just claims my room while he logs out the perma-red character till he "needs" it again.

    They should make a gradual debuff based on karma accumulated, after a certain point the character will become completely useless unless they go and try to get rid of the karma. This way people wont be able to just use characters for their dirty work then logout.

    Lastly red characters as you mentioned above should not get the privilege of having revenge locations.

    point 6 - for me this was the most unfair innovation they made on classic. I know that without seven sings no mammon.... but there are some catacombs and necropolis working.... mammons can return! exactly as it was before! because craft B is moderate easy, but A grade never was since all the recipes for A were always 60% and most just be able to get by giants cave quests... and S grade by varka/ketra quests.     Either we like it or not the Classic version is just a different approach to the old L2 and not a recreation. Having this in mind it seems more likely

    For point 2, maybe adding skills/passives to make dwarves into competent tanks or to provide perks for random craft or for spoilers to spoil random crafting materials from mobs is something they would consider adding.

    For point 6, yes this would be good BUT it wont happen due to the change in course for l2 classic vs old Chronicles. My solution is something they could easily adjust and balance the ingame economy ASAP.

    Here are some suggestions:

    1) Balance non mage classes

    2) Add perks to dwarves to make the class make sense. After normal crafting got removed from the game with the latest update the class is utterly useless.


    3) Fix the adena distribution to scale with mob difficulty

    4) Optimize hunting zones with more dense mob spots and lower difficulty

    5) Improve autohunt and enforce a strict policy on bots

    6) Remove cloths and allow unsealing A/S grade like B grade with a small adena cost.

    7) Either add ways for people to aqcuire S grade gems or nerf the required ammount by alot. Currently you need 1b to slot a normal Rune and 3,4b to slot a special rune.

    8) Add daily/weekly quests that will provide a distraction to the endless grind.

    9) Reduce the p2w events, maybe make 1 per month and 1 non p2w with good rewards. Current letter event is good in concept but has poor execution. The best item we got from our clan in the event was 1 cloth piece from 30 people farming 24/7 since the event started.

And so if you still want to play this sv in 80+ with only 1 py you will only have forgotten island/gc/devil isle and cant event kill with ss to keep green numbers, very shitty i think.

    Right on point, it's like the game is designed only to be playable after you spend a significant ammount of money. While i get this is how they make an income they could have middle grounds in their approach and accomodate normal players that will also spend some money but not thousands per month. Lets take for example the authority talismans, the radiant ones are so OP they make lvl 4 epic jewels seem like a joke.

    What is the point? In the end only bots and people that have spent way too much money to just quit will remain. Please try to adjust a few things ASAP, the game can still be salvaged with some key adjustments, act NOW not latter.

  13. Well it is true, price wise cloths dont make any sense now for S grade unsealing. Lets make some quick calculations:

    You need 81 cloth pieces to fully unseal an S grade set, at about 20-25mil adena per cloth we are talking between 1,6-2billion adena to unseal an S grade set.

    Current prices for an unsealed S grade set after the recent update are about 700-900m adena. 

    So yea, cloths at their current iteration make absolutely no sense at all, using cloths to usneal should be cheaper than buying an unsealed set. So a good solution for this is to either make them readily available in Random crafting, maybe give multiple cloths per craft too, or to inject them in various game activities.

    Maybe add a daily quest for cloth pieces? Why not? Its something people would do.

  14. 1) If you plan to multibox then warcryer

    2) You can also buy from Grocery Stores in Towns

    3) You can login up to 10 clients per computer

    4) After lvl 22 do follow this guideline:  Abandoned Camp upto lvl 33-34 > Alligator Island upto level 45 > Cruma upto level 70+ > Elemental Zones to reach 80+. For gear just go for B or A, till you have funds for S, there no grade restriction so theoretically you could equip S grade on a lvl 20 toon.
