    But that's how they "recognise us", that way they think they're being quite generous for xp, adena among other activities missed in the game.

    And detail, we are not taking into account that we still don't know how much time it will take for the game to be online and in that time many people will be sleeping, so we understand that they will lose even more time of activities in the game! For what!? Receive 4 balls of shit as compensation 😎

    Because the support team didn't want to help me  humpty, senchou, sirc, david, gmyggdrasil, gmleyza, czeah, skaarf, louise, relik, margarita  all these names are from the team that attended me and didn't want to help me.

    I had a problem with my credit card, and the company simply canceled all my international purchases, with that my purchase of nc soft too, in short my account was blocked, I proved all this to the support team, I proved that the card was mine and I proved that I wasn't trying to commit a diaper or anything.

    Today it was exactly 13 days of email exchanges, today as my account was blocked, my prestige was renewed on the same card that I had a problem with and that I proved to be mine. Soon after I activated my prestige I sent an email showing them, I thought this will help me, that nothing, 30 minutes later they from the support team went there and canceled my prestige without me even asking, and they made the chargeback '' I have everything for email to prove''.

    I believe I'm not the first player to have this problem with their credit card, I proved to be an honest player, but the support team ignored it.

    I really want to play with my account again, as everyone knows it is very difficult to equip and level up.

    What I've been asking for these 13 days is that they give me a single way to get everything right.

    So I humbly ask that if anyone can help me recover my account, I will be very grateful.

     

    Something similar happened with the @Wallabi they reversed, so yes it is possible that someone will do something... We are tired of seeing cheating players who are not punished and those who play honestly have punishments for things that were not responsible. Get the boy's ban out now!

    Fantasy Isle GM Buff PVP Event... (maybe Automatic event after weekly Maintenance??)

At the End of the Round everyone whose Buffs were only Level 1/2 get 24hrs Full GM Buffs, everyone else gets 12hrs... and Points earned determine your prize pool(Top 20/100/just being there)

    Simple math now 13,500 divided by 360 = 37.5 days.... so what y our telling people there is no way to get that gem lol @Hermes seriously so people need to just work this out that makes no sense.

    Lets look at Red Cat Eye Greater 1 = 1000 = ~ about 3 day so you get to use it for at least 17 or 18 days.

    These events are getting worse and worse I already can't even understand why you put a ruby at 13,500 there is way for someone to get it unless they win the coin box and IT ONLY TEMPORARY ANYWAY.

     

    I tried but obviously the new guy is not getting it either anymore.

    They corrected it, returned it to 100 by successful draw.

    I recognize that pleasing everyone here on the forum and in the game is not an easy task, but we see that today we have someone who "fights" in our favor!

    In other topics you've seen that you're doing a great job and we hope it stays that way! I'm here to express my gratitude to you! Keep doing this great work for the community and I'm sure we'll always be there for you!

    • Level 111 - 120: 50% XP/SP
    • Party Hunting Bonus: 50%
    • No XP loss upon death (non-chaos only)

    Old End Date: 07/20/2022
    New End Date: 07/27/2022

    We will also provide additional compensation in addition to the extension above. However, the details won't be shared now since we are still working on the best way of getting it out to you.

    Once I have more information, I will update this topic.
