People who are below 118 lvl will buy night market coins and will get the cookie buff for 50% VP bonus and 300% XP/SP for 30 minutes. Server side XP settings will remain the same, except from the removal of party member level difference in XP. That's the "paid exp event" for 18th anniversary.
This move will make players to buy night market coins (it means that NC will earn money), use a lot of their xp pots, maintain xp pots and the cookie till the end of anniversary event and then they are gonna announce a real xp event, maybe in June if not May.

The prices are even more insane than usual, it's 10 times cheaper to buy the "event" items in the game (at the most expensive price), than to buy this wonderful "event". You managed to outdo yourself and disappoint a lot of people, you are really awesome

@JujiSo was there an exploit used to make these cloaks or did NC mess up the rates? If there was an exploit these players should be ban in my opinion. There are screenshots of players that made these cloaks if exploits were used. If you are willing to exploit enchanting you would most likely cheat in any other fashion.

Honest players shouldn't pay for the mistakes of those who defraud and cheat the system, we want an action against it!
