I already did, showing videos and pictures, the soul lights still there and also the bots.
Lot of players only enter to DT to kill this Soul Lights stealing them from legit players, that's we are asking to remove this Soul Lights or find another solution.
Remember the Greedy Chests? Well is same. -

It will be nice then GM's remove this soul lights and flowers from the hunting spots in DT.
Hords of Naia bots (much more from Naia server) come to the spots where people are hunting in legit mode, they have a definite path certainly made with a program and don't give any chance to legit players hunting at the spots. This has no sense at all.
They are taking a lot of xp with programs in despite to the normal and legit payers.
Suggestion remove this souls and light flowers to the spots and only lets where the soul tree appears. This is becoming a trash.@Wisp @GM_EVA @GM_dufo @GM_SKY @Hermes @Hime please do something!

Well, each time when I go to Primaveral Isle they are char arround running and trying to steal the drops, on the ground, as a Yul sometimes the scrolls are far away and cant pick them in auto pick, i am tired to check if no scrolls on the ground before this scammers come to steal them.
- Can please do the drops from yul / feoh or other aoe players will be automatically on the inventary and not on the ground?
- Scrolls ressurection / bsoe are same color, also others but it happened i used a bsoe trying to rezz someone from my party and I go away loosing sometimes the instances, why not change them to other colours?
- Enchants rate are very very really low, before they where higher, what happened?
- Add at L2 store items like crystal of down, packs of R Gemstone like before, perma Stone of Destiny, jewels.

simple, since the ranking is back lags back too.
Ban the greedy treasure chests (mass lags with people using bot programs running with lot of bots), remove the ranking system (is useless, why this ranking?).
GM's have a look arround Tanor... you will see a party of those bots, it is a shame!

I though that bots were forbidden in game, also bot programs, I am pretty sure ncsoft knows all areas are full of bots/cameras.
Why doesn't ncsoft change de way to get a jewel or other, for example a drop directly when hunting. This could also end up with a lot of the latency we encounter and will give same chance to all players/all levels.-

Unfortunally is always same idiots, just check the world chat and read this ones selling a few jewels 5, this g chets just gives profit to same ones, always same ones.

Yes, cam Greedy Treasure Chests bots, also in Chronos is full of this trash.
NCSOFT can control easy, a player selling a few jewels lvl 5... is suspect, control the WH.
We sent to NCSOFT tickets with logs pooving with names they are using bot programs, here we have a few champions just cant tell names here, they are using bot programs and loging 50/60 clients using this cams to scamm the Greedy Chests. Hope they wil be banned soon, just control the IP address and done.
They scamm us, gives lags...
