It has always been about farming adena! its just simpler to do nowaydays 3) Class comparison a) first major factor is your gear, if you are in blessed exalted gear with no element resist or proper defense, then there is really not arguement. b) until you can aoe, whih takes time and possibly money, single target will make more adena c) dagger can 1shot a mob with 1/4 of the gear an archer/tyr or wizard can with aoes. 4) class balancing honestly daggers cannot complain about that, you are one of the hardest hitting classes since the beginning of the game, being affected by both p atk crit dmg and p skill crit dmg. You cannot AOE ( news flash! Fortune seekers can AOE) but here is another solution if you are a high level dagger, make a dualclass with somehting that you can AOE... this is a luxury no othere game provides! 5) Server Economy Supply and demand, no1 really wanted mage gear so it was cheap, we have known that such update would come, I hope you have stacked up a few of those jewels to make profit.

a) the class with the highest crit dmg are daggers and evis! b) the changes are already happening! we will have them here in the next few months!

right click it from inventory and then open your stats, the only way to refresh it is to close the window and open it again! "works as intended"

That is what I mean 70% do not know how the game works! You are not supposed to use them permanently, those are for special use. You are supposed to stack them along with what you can farm on a dialy basis (castilla) and use them when needed. ( DT/Dailies/IoS) You should build your toon to be autonomous, not relying on potions and freebies, otherwise complaining about the lack of freebies will become a habbit. Forget they exist and use them when you can get the most out of them.

he is a new player ( returning or maybe trying to figure out what is best gear to use), he just posted a few weeks ago about gear etc. Since I tend to remember things, I did add some extra information that would be helpfull. Unfortunatelly for people that have played for years, when giving an answer they think that people already know how the game works when in reality not many people can understand game mechanics.

you are missing the point, people who already have gear do nit use cash to get what they want, there is a small % that does buy and does want top gear, but there are ton of people that make 500b a month in adena and are willing to gamble some of that adena for lootboxes, If i was making that much I would do.. hell im making around 150 and will still open 1-2 boxes for the fun of it. People who sell boxes, usually do to legitimately buy adena.

also for people, that were complaining, you know why they delayed the announcement? Cuz from the moment the rewards were announced 90% of the transactions have paused in Giran, information ahead of time, affects the economy. That is the only reason they delay new paid promotions.

I really do not know what class you play what gear you have and how much adena you make per month. By now everyone that is not on the top 10% or does not want to spend money, they should just mind their own business, if they like the game, they can farm adena and prices will go down for such items. It is your personal choise to "cancel the prestige" but if you take the emotions out of it, you can just keep on farming ( asuming you have the capability) and in a few months, you will be able to buy what you want. 80% of the server if not more will ignore the event, cuz a) they will not spend 300$ for a 5% to get a limited armor, or b) they do not farm as much adena to "try their luck" it will be a while until all this affects me or 80% of the server, 60% of the server does not even know how the game works or how to make proper progress. It really should be: Is this event for me? Yes -> ok ill participate , No -> fk it... back to farming. its not like there is a huge difference in gear already.... oh wait! there is! Anyway this is how I see things... Its a matter of prespective.

4000k ncoin is 50$ each box is 400 coins which is 5$ per box, each box can have any of the rewards, its 5 "guaranteed" cookies plus one of the rewards, so for the limited armor its 60 boxes*5$ = 300$ and for a +30 weapon 110 boxes = 550$, its roughly 1$ per cookie I would argue that 20% will be the 10 cookies so maybe 250$ for limite armor 470$ for +30 weapon
