This is not true, I kill them on lv110 and lv111 toon (evis and archer).My mage that's 112 cant kill a shid though.They drop every time something, you do get drop penalty for sure, but if they are not dark red to you, its good.

The lower lvl boxes won't be as easy because those zones are typically filled.
As a side note, not every circle in a zone can spawn a box. This is just like the old elite mob that existed in "some" circles before the update. It's the same 8-10 spots in each zone that can spawn a chest. Hence, this will be locked down in a few weeks. And no, unless you're stacked, I don't believe you will get another chest after that, or anyone else.
Go see raiders for an example. Toi elite mob was that way. Every times raid is that way.
Still getting stuff from the lv120 boxes, got Diamond 5, 2x Emerald 5, 2x Red Cat 5, Perl 5, 2x Obsidian 5 and some others that were actually crap, like angel jewery boxes and fallen angel ring box.Also from the lv110 box yesterday got Radiant wizard circlet.

A timed spawn allows this to happen.
The long random window and random location spawn does help though. If I'm able to find and kill them..... why others wouldn't be able to?

Farmed like 15 of them, good drops, you just need to roam a lot and be able to kill them fast
The chests are "monsters" to answer the op.

If you did your research, you'll find that a huge chunk of xp was removed from everyone to keep the same % after the tables adjust.

The advanced ones are good enough really. I literally see no difference between green Ayri and Red one, both lv5...

Go for +5 str, +5 dex dyes first of all.
Then deepening on what skill crit rate you get on your multiple arrow and heavy arrow rain, you adjust the SAs accordingly.

That old clan system was as broken as the current one.
If you want to farm in peace, break up in 14 man clans too.

Buy runes, vit pots, etc and you'll make more than 0.1 per 24hrs.

You're supposed to spend hard and xp afk. This is more than enough for "players" that pay, instead of playing.

Conspiracy theories.....
Launcher update has no impact on the client, which in itself is not related to your stats or anything.
The server files are that matters and those to be updated, you need to take the game server offline.

There is a change coming to address exactly this issue, but it might be mid of next year or even later....
