Can someone explain to me why to upgrade the brooch level 2 to level 3 you need € 300 and from level 3 to level 4 some billions of adena?
The items needed for level 3 can only be found in the L2 store while those for level 4 are very easily found in the game.
I know there is a paid event where they sell the level 5 brooch at a significant discount, but I wanted to upgrade "for free" with adena.

Talisman can be exchanged only if this is sealed from dimensional merchant.
To seal it you need to have level 1 sayha talisman boxes. You can seal the talisman level 7, 8, 9 and 10 and for each level you will need a certain different number of boxes.

have you tried to reset the windows location in the options?

You can't remove silenite effect but you can exchange jewel whit ability whit another jewel whit another ability from npc.
For example I have a ant queen whit str and I can exchange it for ant queen whit con or int.
For exchange ability you need 15 silenite and 10 giant's energy
What jewel you need modify?

Are you sure the monsters in tanor canyon drop the right reward?
As you reported in Storm of Terror Update Notes, monsters are expected to drop higher rewards, but I got aden threasure chest, like before the update.

What's going on?
I got logged out 5 times in a row in 2 hours.
I have been disconnected 2 times to crisis and also to fioren's with the related payments.
This is the time to stop blaming our internet line. I have a 1 gb fiber line and I'm connected via ethernet. These disconnects are the fault of nc soft!
Now who reimburses me for all the fees lost to enter the instances?
