Will there be a VIP system, and when will we know l2 coin prices? Are you guys able to provide that information, or are you guys still busy trying to figure out how your anti bot feature was already foiled, two hours after maintenance?

And what are these anti bot procedures? Ncwest hasn't done anything to stop scripting, why start now ? Is it because essence servers are opening?

I'm sure there won't be. Remember when classic was released on steam, and it had almost 1k reviews after 2 days, with 98% negative reviews, then was removed from steam. Showing the actual game play and how p2w this game is, is not in ncwest best interest. Milking the same 100 players over and over, is all ncwest needs to do.

Because Kamel archers are the top adena farmers. They don't need much gear, and you just set them afk and farm the adena. Of course, the only reason for the 10 client limit is to help botters, bot adena, which is something this company supports its players in doing

Olympiad change, another horrible mistake by ncsoft. Random party members, random level buff from npc, a total disaster.

And what's live version exactly?

Everyone gets the same buffs. Songs and dances used to be for bd and sws only, but now they are party buffs.

If it costs more than $10 to get 8000 worth of l2 coins, the game will be dead in 3 months

You don't lose gear, it gets locked and you need to pay adena to get it unlocked. Its such a little amount of adena, it doesn't deter pk. I got gear locked while red, cost me like 70k adena to get it unlocked. It's a useless system

My point is, everyone will just make sure they are under 33k karma, so the rest of that doesn't matter. This will do nothing to keep people from getting pkd.

Do you know how usless this feature is, and how easy it is to pk and stay under 33k karma?

LOL. L2 Essence (Aden) is the main focus of NcSoft. If you look at korean weekly patch notes they mention two server types: Awakening and main (essence). That's right, essence is the main version of L2 now. Has nothing to do with Ncwest creating anything, which they can't. Korea doesn't even push major updates anymore. No one cares about classic, not even devs, get over it. L2 essence is the very definition of p2w, and you really have no clue just how p2w it will be.

thanks for the quick responses. I know all about essence, i've played it on multiple servers in EU. I know you wont mention l2 coin prices, but how many coins will each pack contain? For instance, in EU they are called l8k's, because each pack contains 8k l coins in them. Each pack over there costs $20 EU. Thats the majority of the reason, they have 25 active people across 2 servers (they just had to merge the servers they opened 5 months ago). Pricing is the main reason why. Just something to think about.

No, you can use them to run back to same spot, can use them to for pvp, chain skills and assist faster than humans can. Doesn't happen in EU, because that company actually catches and bans people.
