@Wissp I have had this issue every time client crashes , have to keep pressing login till it goes. NcSoft have offices and employees around the world, why dont you ask for their help different locations and countries, make a toon, make it go to the events, make it go level, in fact make your own party(of different locations) and monitor your progress and see what happens when the clients crash and when it crashes on windows 11 as well. At the same time you can see how many spam mails we get standing in town. Make those toons without anything special and get them to go to dethrone and the instance zones. Also fix the issue where when you PR or use a party return scroll you are not left on the first floor to run your minutes away!!!!!!!!!! For god's sake please go make a fishing toon and see how many elcyum you will get a week on a master rod level 5 pole. Make shop toons, make fishing toons, all you have to do is actually try to play the game even not seriously, you will find the problems we are suffering here.

They can easily fix this buy giving equal amounts of adena share as if it was solo. They would capitalize this with many more people willing to pay for prestige pack for their supports even if they are boxes on a monthly basis! Sadly whoever does marketing doesn't understand this and expect us to gamble away your mortgage on chances!

Welcome @Wissp ! I am very glad you will make a toon without any special items, you will see the paywall by 105+. Even for those who want to just get to 110, just simply a basic upgrade for circlet/dragon shirt/ kaliel bracelet, you will need 12/38 crystal of dawn. Let me know when you can effectively farm it out of Crisis. For me, it took 1 year to get one crystal of dawn, even going there every single day. Having a drop rate rune 200% does not make it any better. To go buy it out of the ncstore costs more than $1.60 USD for each piece and to make a dragon rind leather shirt you will need 38 dawns or $60.80 to make one (this is very expensive!). You will find there is no where that are reasonable drops items to collect to make craft items, as it should not take 38 years for me to upgrade a shirt. Drops are very rare to farm. It used to be more fun when you are able to farm things but there should be some reasonable chances to get items from drops and not just exclusively from the L2 Store. On top of that please look into fishing and elcyum. you will find Fancy rods beyond expensive as there are no method to make them unless you have old accounts as they have taken away all fishing events and the purpose to fish. a regular master 5 fishing rod may take u 1 entire week of fishing to make 1 elcyum. Upgrading items with elcyum... well that should be interesting when you are able to do that. There is not even quests to make this a reward (we should have quests?) You will find they took all the fun things away and there is no quests or content for new and old players to even enjoy. I hope this feedback will help develop content or bring back some of the old content that made this game fun. thanks

All the prices of this event should be half price you will have much more players to participate. Your current pricing is so high that the cost of making 11% m crit damage $187.50 for m skill 11% 100% craft..x 5 for 11% damage.... $937.50 last promo was $810.. not cheaper...its beyond expensive. $937.50 is the cost of some people mortgage! With the cost of food and gas going up, this is very tasteless to current events. Please make the prices cheaper so many more people will participate, this pricing makes people run away. Price of Party cakes should also have been reduced for the exp event.. charging $1.25/40 mins / $45/day is too expensive! @Hermes @Arctic
