on 2nd thought why are we even writing here as you clearly do not read forums, or why are we debating as you clearly disregard player feedback...

so... some1 decided to move all communications with CUSTOMERS to a 3rd party program, where you ppl have 0 control if something fails, if discord gets sold, closes, servers malfunction as it has happened multiple times in the past... pure genius. in order for us to be here we have to have a game account. in oder for ppl to be on discord you have to register your private info to god knows who. Day by day you resemble illegal servers.... Is there any proffesional left in there who thinks straight?...

@Hermes now that i gave it some though, whose idea was it to make the whole game base pay collectively to get a minor buff and call it an "Event" are you out of your mind?

@Hermes i would strongly suggest not to reset the virtual items points at the same time you reset the items, make it 2-3 weeks difference so the less geared people have a couple of weeks to far points to have some basic stuff on them most of the time to be able to participate with the rest in game activities. Reseting them all together will force people to revert several hunting areas down leaving the feeling of severe lack of power.

the exalted quests rewards do not show up on the quest menu the Imperial tomb daily quest for some reason gets listed in the subclass category

thank god ppl post information. I mean, why would employees of NCwest post info or communicate in the forums of their game? Forums you get access to with the account you play their game. Thats some crazy ideas right there.

the more types of coins and conversions the more the client loses track what they are paying. Pll running this thing should all be ashamed...

That is the point, ppl were hitting stuff and getting pumpkins that gave nothing but cookies, so what is the ppl expectations from staying in town afk for the hourly event gift? It's pointless. And don't get me started on the slogan "raining adenas" that was floating around a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure people have had enough with empty events.

what is this marketing you speak of? stand in town for what purpose? What do you think you ppl will get by doing this? Whole server was popping pumpkins last event and the crushing majority got cookies, a few got a handful of bloody stones and that was it. 0 rewards for participating. @Rownen so yeah man. What exactly is it you do here? What is the positive thing ingame we have you to thank for?

it's fine with me, I am going through acceptance i think. No form of communication seems to have any effect with these ppl. Mind you the community is even worse. Ppl come to express problems just to be ignored by NC and be belittled by a bunch of the other players... truly amazing place to be. Went from logging 3 accounts and spending some euros here and there, to 1 afk account some of the time and 0 spending and it feels good tbh. Seems like a good time to stop since the gimmicks like vit rune and attendance stuff ended. Not sure who runs this ship but man... This disaster needs to be taught in schools on how NOT to do business

very "exciting"... another empty event the remaining ppl here can't wait to end. So called "event" ofc by your so called "standars", coz for players it does not even register. Your quest to cure us from our addiction is progressing great. Thnx

@Rownen Will you PLEASE police your damn servers!? It's been MONTHS and the BOT-SPAM is NON-STOP. For god's sake you cannot log or teleport to a town without getting spam pms and mails that arrive even before your screen pops up. It should not be that hard. Let me help you: CREATE an account. PORT into any town, Get bot pm, BAN that bot. REPEAT for a week. One of the people in your company, that gets paid, cannot do that? is it too hard to think or execute?

doesn't that scream to you they are either incompetent or completely disconected form the state of the game? 5 pages of comments, and 0 responses... Yeah, "join the official discord", I mean.... what can you say for these ppl. What can you say for us?... Got a couple of clannies with tens of trillions in gear finally had enough of these practices, they are outta here. People can only take so much. I see myself heading out the door once my prestige ends (coz i can't see it let go to waste)

@Wissp @Hermes @GM_EVA also, while on the subject, and after your valuable input on the matter, just get rid of Orlianas coins. What the hell are they used for this even? Please take into consideration the "rewards" you put on free events so they are A) realistic and B)useful is some way.

how many new players have you met the past 2-4 years? do you need more than 1 hand to count them? how many answers have you seen by gms? can you remember the last thing NC did that made you go, gj NC staff, gj GMs, you are doing alright by the community?

@Wissp@Hermes @GM_EVA What is the point of teasing the whole server with The lucky Draw when a winner is never picked? Get at least some1 in the server to win the prizes regularly. Pick a winner for each prize each cycle, anyone for gods sake

every time, GMs post something incoherent or incomplete, the few ppl that still pop up in forums spam questions and opinions. Every1 gets ignored, and 5 posts later you all decide to fight among each other for 200 posts. How many times has this happened? Haven't you had enough? and in the end, you still get 0 comments form GMs on anything...

well not bots spam pms besides mails in aden, and they say "sorry for spam" .Progress ?!

@Wissp@GM_EVA so it's been over a week now we cannot log a toon in Aden w/o getting a mail from bots for who knows what. Anyone looking into that on your end?

Considering how you managed to drive off the ppl from forum by ignoring them and deleting posts that are mostly for YOUR benefit, how will you manage a) to inform people about the discord and b) convince them to join since most of us are on the unofficial one already where we regulate ourselves and you have 0 power to delete and censor people?
