Wondering how many people have bought and opened these packs? The website say you will open a random amount between "Four kinds of Augment Stone Packs are being added to the L2 Store! During this promotion, open these Augment Stone Packs and receive a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 100 Augment Stones!". I have open several packs and only received 10 stones each pack. I want the rates of getting more stones than 10 and I want to know if anybody has received more stones than 10 from a pack. I have submitted petitions and they simply say it's designed to be difficult; however, difficulty shouldn't be based on rates not provided and even lied about as I am pretty sure nobody is getting more than 10 stone per pack. @Hermeswith recent changes in NC leadership I hope you don't ignore customers who are asking for help and get attention to this deception and have it addressed a.s.a.p.

I find it crazy that they make events that require you to login to win. I know they do it for STATS to show how active there servers are but its ruining the game's playability. I know people with 10 + computers with 3 clients each macro clicking the scrolls hoping they will win. The server is getting so over burdened that melee toons punch one time then wait 2 seconds and punch again. My archer skills are so delayed that I have 3 out of five skills ready to use but spamming the keys are not firing them... Please stop the even and never bring one that requires you to be logged in back. You can simply make the scroll a rune that needs to be in your inventory and if you win the event item will be mailed to you with a 30 day timer.

even though it was a glitch they were buying recharge passes from NC, its simple why they didn't get ban.

I have a solution, remove the my teleport system entirely.

Can you be more clear @Hime @Juji, I want to know if exping on the mobs in EV that can only be reached by wyvern an exploit. Is staying in the teleport room of a castle with blood sword where others cannot reach you to attack you also an exploit?

The point here is don't subscribe until problem is resolved. I have no problem paying for Prestige and Destiny, I even like playing the events but make server playable or don't get my money. Seems you don't have the same rationalization skills as others that say you don't get my money if you don't fix the issues.

Nobody cares about free to play, charge me $15 a month and remove the stupid 3 client max so I can log toons as I wish...

I wouldn't complain if they are making adjustments to better the issues; however, if its cause dev is lazy they should be put on a performance based compensation package, now that might get the results we are looking for!

I suggest you guys do the same as I have done. I have canceled my prestige and will not buy another destiny pack until this issue has been resolved and then we have been compensated for money lost. GG L2 that is how I can help you decide to move to cloud based server and real player support.

Its 2020 move your servers to a cloud based option(Amazon), on-premise servers are antiquated and a thing of the past. You could probably pay Amazon for 3 years of hosting off this event you are currently running... I agree with the rest of the players and feel that we should be given 5 recharge stones per day that you have reduced the mobs/respawn of mobs and have the stones out of the l2 store. I also agree that their should be a refund of all prestige packs and Destiny packs purchased since the complaint of melee lag was first made. Further more I feel that you add the adena farming areas that were removed so you could sell more stones then reduce their mobs.

I know many who have disconnected in the instance and lost time causing them to miss marks. ie the ones that were doing it during Friday's Olympiad when Chronos went down twice... I personally think it would be fair to extend the event. Support are having issues with the nuker dying and causing them to get low marks as well. Extending the event would help them tremendously.
