I just want to say this to you and for NCSOFT owner, i know the owner will not be here
Lets say this, you guys reach the best company, amazon its the biggest server owner on net, Dont fuk it up like you guys did on Steam.
The times its come now, keep Amazon and ban all RMT and not just the messenger, the 1 who get the real money as well + who buyer as well.
Dont risk it like on STEAM, What you will do if Amazon break the contract? what you will do NCSOFT?
BTW the last 5 month was no RMT Message on my toons, but today i get 2 mal already, RMT try to kill your contract, they not care if you leave amazon. BAN ALL
+ 1 more thing, in past NCSOFT was make a bad decision, you need to fix this, once and for all, hired some1 who work as a Public GM, and help ingame. you can limit this gm for help only prestige subscriber only, but make this move.
1 last thing, you on virginia now, so if the rmt have evidence for a crime, and force you guys to not ban them, you can do it now, the evidence they have, they can sue you only on dallas, not in virginia

it's the first option on the list and for me with using BattlePing from Europe my ping lowers an extra ~14, getting below 100 when Texas without BP is 144~165 (125 with BP) so just on that alone a nice improvement
plz stop this come on, its about how much ncsoft will pay, its good to you see the dedicated server speed, and the cluster can be maxed on your test, you cant be 100% sure how much cluster speed we get.

ok i was similar like this, i was in 108 spot right side, and a yull was standing there, was do nothing on the mobs, and just to wonder, so i target the yull, and saw casting skills, and get buffs, like sonata, so i was pm the player, for can you move away, you bugging me in crissis, and he pm me back for what the f i talk, he was exp on fos, not in crisis.

guys stop fixing server lag, and go working, as a GM, every1 know why we have lag, you as well, start banning players who log 100 or more account, you guys know who do that, START BANNING, and STOP FIXING.
this is not fixing, its allow to thos player to log more account, that what you did.-

I have only 649 Attack Attribute in othell and 689 on yull
with normal lv5/lv2 buffs, i have +110, + 50 on tanga in othell and +4 on yull cause ari its water only, so normaly 809 on othell and 839 on yull
here is my list where i get AA
Veteran Mask +25
Circlet + 50
Lv1 Seed Bracelet +50
Artifact Attack Attribute Balance +30
Opal lv3 40 ah, i guess i know what i need to do here.
Even if i get 1 Opal lv5, still need like +300, WHERE?
If i buy a +12 Bloody R110, i will get +150 so cut half, the missed attribute, but still need 150 more minimum,
+170 on Shining tonic + Rose
Before you ask why yull have more attack attribute, because was learn attack attribute on wizard tree as well after i learn all usefull skill on warrior tree
So looking othel and or yull, who have only normal iss buff, have around 1200 attack attribute you can have more, no problem, at least i see some available item that help me to go higher in attribute, plz dont add event items, and time limited items on the list, just mentioned it. -
