The curiosity of the day here is, that Bot are teaching us that it is not necessary to have SS/BSS to farm... that's something good to learn hahahahahaha.

Devs actually have a nearly perfect control of bots and majority of them get banned, BUT they add their own so they can cash in on the adena selling, resulting in this server making as much money as they've made on subscription for past 10 years.
LOL, The possibility exists and I f I have learned something here in my country (Colombia), is that corruption no have limits.

Sorry buddy, the game has been good ever, not perfect of course and the difference between the payment method and the free service is just the quantity of people and the level of arrogance of all those who believe that money buys everything and all the others are crap. I'm happy hearing all those VISA owners Crying rivers about free players and free game, but I don't understand why if they love the Pay to Win method, now they are logged into a truly free server hahaha, it have no sense. The only acceptable river of their tears that is valid, is the all known issue about BOTs, which is not a problem related to pay or not... but whatever, for all those who loves to invest money in games, always the problem will be the non paying issue. But Guess what, this won't change, it will go to the ruin if it is necessary, but it will go staying at truly free mode.
Don't love Bots, but Love Truly Free Style!!

With free to play, there is no capital investment aside from time (which most of the bot-controllers are in countries with very low time-value functions.. i.e. they have nothing else to do) for Adena sellers to do what they do. This is directly a result of the free to play model; combined with the fact that free accounts receive the same adena drops (and nearly the same item drops) as paid accounts makes the problem impossible to enforce from a logistics standpoint, which your team is facing daily.
If you make free to play far less functional to farm adena than VIP, then bots will be forced to pay for VIP, which
- Increases your revenue directly. The more you ban, the more they re-create and purchase VIP for. You have direct incentive to enforce them instead of indirect incentive.
- It makes them go through more hoops to hide financial information from you,
- Allows you to link them together through said financial information (sometimes),
- Reduces the problem numerically (increased barriers to entry reduces numbers of firms in the market) to allow your GM team to more easily dispatch of those who are willing to take the risk with the increased capital costs. Getting 9 accounts VIP4 is quite a large capital investment for most adena sellers. It will absolutely reduce their number.
There are many other benefits to pay to play, or to boosting VIP (and reducing free) rates so that they are incompatible and that long-term play (40+) is not plausible for free accounts. This is just one of the major benefits, but it may be the most important one.
If you have a bot-free game you will attract more long-term players than any other business model (free, p2p, p2win, whatever) could do.
I hate Bots and I hope they get finished or reduced soon, but not by your payment method... Did you read the sentence "Trully Free"?

I just want to say this , yes I see many Bots but one thing I need to say is YOU CREATE THESE BOTS because the drop rates are extremely low and you create a black market for them to survive.
So once again I suggest you look into your drop rates if you want to kill the Bot issue on all servers Classic and normal.
I have played the most, "alternative" servers, always high rates, and now I'm trying the Classic one style, and I can`t understand if NCSoft told since beginning that this will going to be a hard grinding kind of experience, people is now looking for one easy kind of thing. So, better enjoy the travel because this was developed for play almost a lifetime, not for play per one month and become a hero, castle owner and Wyvern rider. I hope things gets better by banning bots and adena spammers, but I hope they never change the rates or it will gonna be very frustrating for old players, that all their efforts turn into a bin just for benefit for newcomers.

No way, the "GM" figure was created on illegal serves and it was the most common cause to destroy their same servers by corruption. Even when I hate whit all my soul those damned botters, I hope never NCSoft make that mistake of create a GM figure for this servers.

It's a Shame, after last update, the price by fishing decrease dramatically... since i have not enought time to play, it was my only one way to get any revenue, winning trough one week the same that other wins in some short hours playing and now is nerfed too. Now, as i don't have enought lvl and Buff Scrolls, looks like i can't even try the autofarm mode that already is being exploited at maximum and try to farm is almost impossible. This is just a kid complain but since i'm not a rat kid as many others that has been botting and now can bot for free legally, looks like the time for leaving has come. Thanks NCSoft and @juji and @hime to ruin this beautiful game. Have good botting everyone!!!!
