This is the first time ever we see a CM saying that he's leveling a char to see how a new player can progress in the game. Please post your opinions after you reach the famous 105 lvl pay-wall as a f2p player.
We all hope you say the truth and you will inform the devs with all the appropriate changes that needs to be done. We do understand that this might take time. We're in deep s*** for many years already here in Lineage 2 (sarcasm
)
We also hope that you won't disappoint us since we don't even remember when was the last time we've had fun in the game.

@Hermes just to let you know, the NCoin issue that they didn't appear into my account (and other players' accounts) has been fixed now.

HermesSame here. Yesterday i bought ncoins 2 times. The first time they appeared into my account instantly but the second time my paysafe code has been charged and the ncoins haven't been placed into my account yet.
I have received the transaction ID from paysafe but no ncoins!

HermesThe changes did not have a positive impact on everyone because like @iHyperlite said only two of lvl 5 gems (ruby and red cat's eye) can be in the price range of the 75 unopened chests.
We appreciate the changes tho and your fast responses so thank you for this.
As for the "future feedback" about promo boxes your team must think of this: Consider reducing the prices from promotion boxes AND NCoins and people will buy more. This will increase your revenue.

@Hermes we need better rewards in the "promo loot boxes".
Like crystal of dawn, gems lvl4/5 or even greater lvl1, seed bracelet, and more ITEMS instead of consumables.
Also, someday you need to make an agathion event. I don't even remember when the last agathion event took place. We need items Hermes, please.

The real problem we have in our servers is the luck of items/gear.
An XP event won't save us , in fact it will make progress even harder since if we lvl up fast we won't have the necessary items to fight in new areas.

Normal cloaks from +1 to +10 have +10% server side enchant success rate and starting at +7 you can have +10% enchant success rate more from ancient legendary scrolls.
Legendary cloaks from +1 to +3 have +5% server side enchant success rate. The rest is default.

I also made my NORMAL (not legendary) cloak from +7 to +10 by using the ancient legendary scrolls. From +7 to +8, according to l2central website you have 48% chance, so in our version is +10% server side AND +10% from ancient legendary scroll.
Conclusion: If your NORMAL cloak is +7 you have 48% and +10% server side and +10% from ancient scroll = 68% enchant success rate to make it +8.
If your cloak is +7 Legendary you only have 48% enchant success rate ( https://l2central.info/main/items/28591.html )
Here's a tip: Never, EVER try to enchant a cloak by using scrolls in a raw at the same day. Try using 1 or maybe 2 scrolls each day.

They "do not guess". The moment players participate in such an expensive promo event and market is already flooded by overpriced scrolls, unfortunately, they are. NC counts on those stupid players.

War in Ukraine has skyrocket prices in the whole world, from food to gas and even daily necessary items from super market. NCWest is doing the same, skyrocketing the already overpriced Pr0|\/|0 events

I got the 1 legendary scroll with 50HC and with 5% chance ofc i didn't make my cloak legendary.
So, i am gonna stick with my normal +7 and i'll be happy. Even cloak scrolls are overpriced now, 2b for a normal scroll lol.

You guys will never understand that as long as people making progress, small steps at a time, to their character, to gain items & damage, they will spend more. But not with those overpriced sales. This is not a sale.
You really expect from us to pay 20 euros for 1600NCoin to buy 1 Legendary Scroll that costs 1500NCoin to make our cloaks legendary with 5% chance? Who tf is gonna pay 20 euros for 5%
I prefer to buy pizza & coca cola with less than 20 euros, this will bring happiness to my stomach.

All event and reward items will be deleted during the maintenance on Wednesday, May 18
All epics are permanent. They don't have a deletion day and they aren't mentioned in the item removal list on May 18th or May 25th.

With every update there are always ninja patches that NC refused or forgot to post in patch notes (or maybe they are doing it on purpose) and players are discovering them by themselves. All we have to do is to wait for the update to go live on Wednesday.
