First, 1-100 should be done in 1 day...ok, very lazy mode in 3 days(yes, with standard items even for iss).
Regarding ISS-s, at current game style ISS Hierophant is the only ISS that matterin a party.Iss Hiero main features is POM buff and ability to AOE debuff.
Compared to ISS BD, ISS Hiero might look like he is much stronger and for a live player might be true...but, ISS BD can solo afk macro with all his buffs up and that is a biiiggg plus for BD. Also its true that ISS BD cant aoe debuff mobs-so for your Feoh is not good.
Regarding how powerful is an ISS...well, im ISS BD-105 former ISS Hiero- damage setup and I can solo farm in all areas, k99,Compass event Instance etc and hell, in IC mobs dont even scratch me and I dont have uber items. Not too bad for a poor iss like me.
Too @MalumInSe its a little bit slower but you get all the exp
after a day of grind you get almost same exp.
In the near future situation for Enchanters will be very diferent, ISS Dominator will be the only ISS played...they will get POM buff for clan members...and he can cast out of the party.

Stop trash talk on this forum, there are over 2000 toons 105+ and more then 4500 103+ on each server, If they manage to get there and do instance and you dont ...then you have a big problem, quitting might be a good idea.
You and ppl who ask merge due to lack of ppl (thank god they stop ask) are a minority on this servers, act humble according to your title.
Best think ever happent is this ranking system, cant hide the truth coz figures speak loud and clear...

Why dual separation or dual-main swap? Why we always need to lose sometihng?
Why not Red Libra for main? NcSoft can put limitation as it is now, no ertheia, no kamael, no maestro, no iss dominator.Start ask for red libra main...its easy to do.

Drakkus teach you good staff, no need to be impertinent.
If you are not Draecke tanks cant solo kill mobs, this result >>>you need to be in a party...regarding weapon, more hp you have better survival comes along.
Best weapon: r110 bloody 3 SA HP-unrealistic for you
Medium weapon: Bloody amaranthine 3 hp sa-round 20-25 bil
Average weapon: any 3 HP SA weapon...Clear enough for you?

4 months ago NcSoft **** marketing team made a promo for super uber Circlets...one circlet was 80 ncoins and 1 enchant 320 ncoins.
Many idiots like my self brought this packages to make a +++circlet....and now a stupid 2hours quest give you a free permanent +5 circlet at your choice. fair or not this is life..****Ncsoft and their friends.My question is...have you considered to make a 1 hour quest with a permanent +10 cloak reward at my choice, I needed for some boxes
