So what this means is....
Scenario,
you get weapon drop..
you enchant a weapon, it breaks you use restoration.. get item back..
say enchant was only to +12..
you sell weapon..
new owner of weapon enchants to +21 and breaks at +22...
new owner of weapon cant get restoration because item was restored previously... wtf?
Items will now need to say on them..
Restoration Possible Yes/No..
so stupid.. but yes NCSOFT.. every situation is an exploitable.. but if tha5 is there real response then wow..

Need 1 game server min per actual server..
idiots multiboxing servers and probably got new hardware and set old server aside instead of splitting game server to indepenant servers... as seen crash on 3/9, classic servers all up both live servers down.

As in the people responsible for the game, even the front line admins/gms we see here are simply "Ghosting" the customer base...
lack of even using their perferred method, Twitter, to give updates..
Mostly Im sticking around to see the finale now, its like some sitcom that started off funny.. but now the actors dont even try at their roles.. its now either going to get cancelled or someone will get fired...
Big companies usually shake up their teams more often, and I dont see any reason NCSOFT should have confidence in the current staff.

Its probably not helping..
but reality is,
KR devs made mistake in update, pushed it out... noticed it on their side, fixed it.. sent a memo..
NCWest didnt bother to translate the memo so our servers are laggin hard.
NCEU/RU servers laggin some.. but their hardware is probably 10x the specs of ours so they dont see it as huge problem..

Please BAN the grp of mobs in the center of Desert Quarry, they keep spawning ontop of pillars and Melee toons cannot target them..
They are exploiting the spawn system in an attempt to survive, and should be Banned.. no question they do not spend NCOIN.

If Admins actually did their job it would be better game.
ie,
set traps for botters using raid boss... spawn one somewhere remote and watch who shows up.. easy.. banned..
but no, even simple ideas to much to waste their time sitting with feet up doing nothing.

Yes having to stop all skills before move into hunting area to spend 15-30mins to get them timed correctly is stupid... I perfer to not pop dragonshirt/savage/br/abu/etc all at same time.. why clear spawn fast and sit with no mobs, I stagger all to improve overal kills speed...

All entrance passes (Baylor, Crystal Caverns, Nightmare Kamaloka, Shilen’s Altar...etc) will be removed from the store on 3/4 due to low usage and recent instance changes
Will save for later use, items cost money so I would expect to see instances updated in sooner then later.
Also,
We have no Live GMs, no one at NCWEST that even plays the game.. its obvious by what NCSOFT Devs think is only garbage in our WH they decided we no longer need.
As always Im expecting more items to be deleted then your saying, as it seems NCWEST doesnt read the updates, complain about even needed to get NCSOFT patch notes translated so you can read them.
Serious disconnect between regions because of the used car salesman tatics here... At no time should you be refeering to the other regions updates or changes when we 50% of the changes.
Like when NCWEST removes items from Updates cause you feel there is no money for you make off it, only to delay NCSOFT telling you to put it ingame.. ie. Veterns Mask... There is no mistake that the responsibilty to get things right is yours, do your damn jobs.. and hopefully NCSOFT will trim the incompetence soon.

to me.. it seems this was a marketing approach.
New chars get new gear, but see tons of better equipment around them.. from where?
From high levels making alts to farm mentee coins, right along side of new players..
Now new players see more and more top gear they need, not just everyone in same armor and wpns...
U watch, after sometime there will be some sort of ncstore option for better gear.

Your response is why do you think stacking should work with same effect on different accessories? Seasoned enough he should know better.
1st. All other accessories stack with same effects.. its called stacking for a reason.
2nd. The lack of an actual game manual, only leaves players to waste time and resources.
3rd. Working as Intended, without reference to any documentation is the same as saying, "I don't know stop asking questions."
