so yeah, with those rates I can understand why they crippled the drop rate from regular means in game.
This is why we need a public rate table for every item these gambling boxes, Nexon maplestory and mihoyo genshin impact were forced by law to this, i wonder what makes NCSOFT different.
its why this game should be registered as gambling game and should have gaming age restrictions PEGI 18 as it creating addiction. anyway its strange nobody in usa ppl report it.

You have 3 tokens. You can only use one per category per period of 6 months(weapon/armor/accessory/others), you cant use two or more tickets to restore same category within 6 months.I did it all right. I waited more than enough time. I asked politely for eligibility. I was polite when double checking and quoting their policy. Then comes the "Senior" GM Wraith throwing stones. I had an item restored twice already(talisman of protection), all following their policy right, waiting and asking for eligibility.
@Juji@HimeNo he's not. Saying that it's there for mistakes is not the reason. You can easily break by mistake more than one item per category(weapon/armor/accessory) within 6 months, and they wont allow you to restore one item from same category even if you have tokens left.
I broke a +12 bloody r99 bow when it was cool, cause I used wrong scroll. I asked for restoration(before the restoration policies) and got denied. If you're not paying attention or are too excited during enchantment you can easily take one scroll type by another. Specially now, they look more alike than ever.Just buy new one stop cry like baby you received email with last restoration that item will be not restored in future. Yes all can do mistake and instead kain/ royal can use giant scrolls utill you could successfully made +20 and and when fail you can blame policy unclear. You received email personal one that item not will be item restored in future. You are really lucky that gm are polite with you -professional customer care if someone is offensive like you usually closing acc

90 days policy was made for goods which you buy from other ppl- its just my opinion and idiot which do big drama about nothing is fanny or sad as he do not have real live. In my opinion bigger problem is nccoin shop gambling not the good will ncsoft with restoration ticket especial that they provide you information that item not will be eligible to restore in future for you, it fair and clear.

haha go go to fbi go to gambling office as this game is gambling type and should be from 18+ i see all gm laughing on the floor. he got right answer that item is not eligible to restore. they inform him on the previous ticket that item not will be eligible to restore now he do drama like dram queen and try abuse system to have +20 weapon. and please note that all decision is made on nc discretion its say policy and actually override all points of policy.

i never had problem with support xd, mean i do not agree with all answers and hiding customer support agent under some unknown nick not real name which is not professional in my opinion, but they not bad at all.

@Jujinot sure if you still fallow topic but cost make noble circlet went up from 360 million to 4 billions its not so good for new ppl. Drop of crystal of dawn on Primavera is to low if was replaced 1 to 1 with noble stones please remember you need 12 crystals to 1st upgrade i know some ppl collected old items with 1000+qty but its not solution support adena sellers (alternatively you could put back option to exchange scrolls for old item at least it will keep price lower)

They will do same like jewels event xd in 1 week will be 40 boxes on the map with higher level items then ncoin shop ,and update what you paid will be to expansive(look brooch lv 2 to lvl 3 is much more expansive then 3-->4) next item will be wings of splendor xd. Now you understood why we have so many adena sellers look like they more trustable then ncsoft sad.
