Weapon augments effects as described?

I'm not sure if you guys can see the screenshot link but anyway, question I want to ask is does the augment effects as described in this weapon truly is what I see it is? I hope some GMs could clarify this for me. Thank you.

Augment Effects = P.Atk. + 1256 <--- Meaning my Apocalypse Shaper's main P.Atk. is a total of 441 + 1256 OR it just increase a small amount damage of 1256 with every physical attack I made with it?

This 1256 p.atk is added flat to your today p.atk. The weapon p.atk is affecting your total p.atk way differently.
