But really this is just a terrible pay 2 win tactic. If you cannot get the item without spending real life money thats the definition of pay to win. There are multiple other items that come from the l2store only. This is no different (brooch stuff, ancient cloaks, abundance talismans etc etc etc). The time to complain about l2store exclusive items is long gone. All you can do now is buy if you want to stay afloat.
