Olá pessoal, tudo bem? Primeiramente quero pedir desculpas pelo meu inglês ruim, eu usei tradutor e vou deixar o tópico aqui em português brasileiro e inglês.

        Sabemos que os servidores oficiais da NcSoft já existem a anos, tantos anos que a economia geral do jogo está nas alturas, um jogador comum que não investe dinheiro é impossível a gente conseguir chegar perto disso, podemos jogar anos e nunca vamos conseguir chegar aos pés de quem joga a tempos, e isso não é consequência do MMORPG e sim do dinheiro, mas compreendemos, toda empresa precisa de dinheiro para se manter, mas, o que fazer para ajudar ou melhorar isso? Atualmente um pacote de NCoins custa 340 Reais (Dinheiro brasileiro) um evento, por exemplo este que está ativado agora, os das capas, existem pacotes de 16k para comprar na loja ao qual o custo beneficio é muito bom. porém para isso teríamos que gastar 780 reais, o salário no brasil é cerca de 980 reais, teríamos que dar TODO o nosso salário mensal para participar de um evento ao mesmo nível que um jogador Americano por exemplo, que gastaria 300 dólares e ganha 1200 dólares por mês. Isso é injusto! Mas assim como vocês não tem culpa da moeda brasileira ser desvalorizada surge mais um ponto ao qual podemos abordar que no final de tudo, haverá uma solução plausível.

        A criação de um novo servidor oficial no Brasil, atualmente NcSoft possuí parceria com a Level up games seria facilmente feito dessa mesma forma porém o servidor não tem necessidade de ser hospedado no Brasil, até por que o Ping para nós é totalmente aceitável, o que queríamos é um novo servidor, com a economia Brasileira, nós no Brasil somos uma incrível parcela do servidor Chronos e entre outros oficiais como Ramona e Core. Porém é muito difícil jogar um jogo que amamos quando você é obrigado a pagar 4x mais que um jogador comum, o jogo é free? Sim , é sim, mas jogar Lineage hoje sem investir você sempre ficará atrás, e além do mais colocar dinheiro não é o problema , o real problema é o preço das coisas. Vale lembrar que o Brasil possui centenas de milhares de jogadores, temos servidores privados a todo momento e não exclusivamente por causa da Chronica ( Interlude, High Five) e sim pela impossibilidade dos jogadores jogar o oficial, todo mundo que eu chamo pra jogar o oficial fica num Hype gigantesco pois é muita novidade é tudo novo é como se fosse um mundo novo, muitos se encantam pelo jogo mas depois de um tempo não continuam por causa do que ? Do dinheiro que é muito mais caro. Só no Brasil temos mais players que em todos os servidores oficias de Lineage juntos!

      A minha sugestão é a seguinte, abrir um tópico perguntando primeiramente o que os jogadores brasileiros acham sobre isso, o servidor seria hospedado pela NcSoft no mesmo local onde tem o Chronos agora, ou até mesmo pode ser no Brasil, mas nós players brasileiros não ligamos para isso, só queremos um Server novo e uma Economia Brasileira. O segundo passo seria a definição de tudo no servidor, como o rate de experiência como funcionariam as instancias, se haveria o sistema de contas premium como no servidor Europeu ( algo que eu acharia muito bom pois é Barato e tem um bom custo benefício ) entre outras coisas. E o resto seria tudo por conta da desenvolvedora do jogo. 

   Estejam a vontade para opinar mas usem argumentos, eu gostaria que principalmente jogadores Brasileiros opinassem pois assim poderíamos ter um feedback de quem realmente vai jogar, se você não é Brasileiro mas quer opinar também, esteja a vontade, mas veja bem os pontos que eu abordei antes de simplesmente falar ( Jogue sem gastar dinheiro ) Obrigado pela atenção.

I believe NC HQ has looked into this a long time ago and to this day see no reason to have an additional licensed server in the Americas. But then again, why don't you try contacting them with a commercial offer like Innova did about Throne 1 & l2.ru?

I can guarantee that NC themselves will not put ANY amount of effort into this.
