meskiukas Posted August 28, 2018 Share Posted August 28, 2018 i think you get first cloak after 4th class transfer for free, then as said before goes zaken/freya cloaks(frinteza is hard to get) you cna take quests in rune for them. L2 store cloaks are good only when enchanted so its just money sink, you also get nice cloak when doing exhalted quests (99lvl+) or if your clan have castle and you are elite member you can get castle cloak. but for new players just do zaken/freya quests get cloak and then wait till you get exhalted one.
