When they removed "sealed" boots and gloves from Luxury Shop, they also disabled ALL NPC exchange for S80/S/A/B etc... no more Combine Exchange or Unseal for Items below R-grade(no Augmenting under R-grade either) You can only obtain 3 A-grade Dualswords(Luxury Shop) or R-grade + from NPC/events unless you find another player who still has an old one to sell you. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
