Support can't help us in that problem, because the problem is not in our side. Also I get message "Failied to Login" when I try to login again. Then when they wanted me to make changes in my network and DNS settngs, i was like "yeah, no thanks". If ONE application on my entire computer needs such delicate network related fiddling in order to run properly, i tend to think its not an error with my network or ISP but the application rather.
