The results of the posters math were posted WITH equations using probability. You haven't done anything except put them down with false claims of "this isnt how it works" but you just say "blah" and the poster gives math, equations that all add up. This is how probability works, if you aren't familiar with it, do some reading, go take a class, but what you shouldn't do is push a falsehoods on forums trying to discredit someone that obviously knows far more about math and probability that you seem to. Keep it to the real issue, which is rates not being as advertised.

Everyone would leave this server if this happened. We All WANT this.. but NCWest is too greedy to give players a game they want.

The changes that were made in the last update for Pk's was actually very well done. People turn red, it takes a long time to wash karma, it was awesome. And then some "genius" must have said "HEY! let's just completely wipe away ALL of this effort we just did, and make the Scroll:PK and the Scroll:Repuation, unlimited and spammable anywhere YAAAAAAY! We now have a bought Fistingtime account running around pking the entire server along with every person who thinks they are the server king, WHY? because they have an unlimited ability to spam scrolls. There isn't any punishment or recourse with the new system due to the the scrolls. @Wisp @Hermes This is something you can 100% fix without the need to "talk to the developers". Please make the PK scrolls have a max (like they did before) of 3 per day, and reimplement the need to be in floran (or wherever) to be able to use them. Is an easy fix, and it will actually make the GOOD changes you made to the PK system, work as intended... because as of now, its PK spree with no ramifications at all.

@Hermes @Wisp This gets beyond old. This is an NA Server, ALL events should be on NA times. Meaning all times for all events should be framed around both the east coast and west coast being able to have access to them. 3am for events on West coast time, overlapping events, fix it. Naia Exists as a Euro server for people who are NOT in North America, to have times outside of North American times. Change Dethroned to better suite North American Players as the Server has been labeled by NC SOft West. If not, then change Naia to a North American Server so we can all transfer to a server that has times for the correct time zone.

That's the entire point ... parties aren't needed or wanted because they cut into adena for the DD's. Are you a DD? You going to give me half of your adena you make in IOS and TOI every week/ day you go? Didn't think so. People shouldn't have to choose a class based on farm ability, it's supposed to be a GAME.. games in turn are supposed to be enjoyable and fun.

The l2 Team in korea puts out weekly updates, the l2 Team in Korea answers questions, gives reasons and interacts with the playerbase. The Dev Team in Korea didn't create God jewelry for these NA servers that have ruined PVP, The l2 Team in Korea isn't responsible for screwing this server up so bad that the Korean updates aren't relevant. Let's put the blame where the blame lies... FIRMLY at NC Sosft West, @Wisp and @Hermes feet. They choose not to interact, they choose not to provide relevant feedback. They choose to treat the player base this way.

If the idea was to "build a team" DD's wouldn't have self buffs, buff pots, rose that make an ISS, redundant and not needed. If the idea was to "build a team" you wouldn't get penalized for having a buffer in party in IOS. Even with top gear, DW 3 duals on the most PVE centric ISS, I wasn't able to even bring in half of what a much less geared DD was able to in TOI or IOS.

Forums, if ANYTHING is said in ANY negative light, even if it is misconstrued or simply if a moderator is having a bad day, it is instantly removed and you typically get a ban. So my question, that I'm sure will go unanswered as 99% of them do is this @Wissp and @Hermes: How does your player base get any answers, or fixes/corrections to broken aspects of the game.. or ANYTHING really, if Support constantly send replies that they do nothing, and tell us to go to a forum, where YOU @Wisp and @Hermes also, do nothing? Half the issues we have are removed from forums before anyone gets to see it. How are the "Devs" supposed to know of issues to fix if the community is constantly being silenced or ignored?

@Wissp isn't going to give updates, because if @Wissp had any integrity and actually told the truth, it would force them (an NC Soft West employee) to openly admit they were not able to make any actual progress in free to play. All it would do is reinforce everything we as a player base have been upset about. And if @Wissp decided not to actually tell the truth everyone of us would know ... so they will do what they always do, ignore the player base and ride it out, rather than make real changes that could benefit both the player base and the business.

NC Soft West COULD do this, they COULD remove crit caps from mages, they COULD lower prices so EVERYONE could have at least one geared toon and people with more money to spend like the whales could have 4-5 geared toons. They WOULD make more money that way. NC Soft West, COULD remove God jewels which has totally and utterly destroyed this game and make the game more inline with korea, so that when changes actually come from Korea.. they work as intended. NC Soft West COULD increase ISS and Tank Damage by 300%, allow them to farm so EVERYONE could play a class the like, we could all have balanced parties and people like playing support wouldn't be constantly punished for it. NC Soft West could do a lot of things, but they don't.... they add things they think will make money, they make them scarce because in business 101 class that some manager took, thats one of the first things you learn. The don't because instead of listening to their player base, instead of broadening the game to more people and making up for homeruns with base hits... the continue to drive players and people away due to their own ignorance in lineage 2 itself. Most of the staff doesn't actually play the game, they dont care too, which means they simply dont care outside of sales revenue for the month. Unless NC Soft hires an actual gamer to help them, and LISTEN... The won't do anything players need.

1000% its no longer about "balance", NC Soft West stopped caring about balance years ago. RIght now they should just take the cap off everything and let us go ham. People alreader get hit for 5 bazillion damage.. let ALL classes do damage.. stop putting false ceilings in game from a time when balance was actually a thing.

Oh so......... You think Tyr and Archers having close to a 90% crit rate, you think THAT is balanced? You think Titans that can chain guts.. AND have a passive that heals you whenever you get hit... you think THAT is balanced? You think Wynn summoners that rely on their summons for damage... do approx 5 damage in PVP with summons.. you think that is balanced? You think Soul Takers that used to have para, now only have a lame summon with zero defense that can get one shot by mobs, and has a crit rate capped at 30%.. you think that is balanced? Removing the Crit rate from the mage class would allow mages to farm and damage like other DD's. It would increase the amount of playable classes significantly, further leading to 1. more diversity and 2. be a little MORE balanced across the server.

Tyrs and Archers all have damn near uncapped crit rates. Archers crit 90%, Tyrs are nearly the same. WHY Are Mage classes capped at 30? We don't have the 20% skillpower archers and tyrs have in Over enchanting skills, but what Mages DO have is 20% Crit rate, which does NOTHING.. because you have us capped at 30% No matter what we do. Remove the crit rate, on ALL mage classes so we can be competitive in PVP and farm like the other DD's do (this also means Summoners and Seers).

Quit.. unless you want to spend.. and not even kidding here, 30k + to even be remotely geared enough to enjoy all the "content" (which isn't much) in the game.

I think the issue is a lvl 105 toon with zero gear is able to beat people with 50k in gear because of the game mechanics that havent been adjusted, changed or balanced in 10 years. It's the only character able to compete without gear, so there is tons of them, I get it. Seers aren't the root cause of the problem however, Nc Soft West's refusal to take any kind of action or fix anything in the game faster that the speed of evolution is the problem. Most other games have fixes in place is a month or so. We've had issues like.. Skills NEVER landing in PVP for YEARS. Summoners and Soultakers being horrible for YEEEARS. Mages being the ONLY class that has a crit rate cap at 30%.. for YEARS. The sad part here is we have to wait with zero feedback for 6-8 months. At the end of that 6-8 mo if Korea hasn't seen it as a problem on their server that is VASTLY different than ours.. nothing happens. So imagine our collective disappointment @Hermes@Wisp when a patch comes in.. and NOTHING we have been begging for for YEARS has been addressed, or even discussed on forums by a representative of NC Soft. Then imagine our disappointment knowing that 1. You won't address it because frankly you never address anything about game play, and 2. if Korea DOES do something, at the EARLIEST it will be another 6-8 months away, and that's IF that fix even makes it into that patch. Let's be real here people, this isn't simply a Seer issue, it's much larger than that.

As a seer main, being invisible is part of the kit, you take that away and the class would be ruined. I do agree however changes should be made to olympiad overall and how points and ties are handled. They've ruined everything.. this is just one more issue they'll ignore

I KNOW NC Soft West has this ability. God Jewelry has destroyed any semblance of balance in this game. Remove it... and with it goes the 5 billion damage in pvp that no one likes .... When players get to a certain point literally the ONLY ITEMS in the game that allow the to damage classes like Tyr are high level God Jewelry, without it, no matter what gear you have, you don't stand a chance. Remove it, there is a reason Korea doesn't have them. And if you won't remove it, you need to make it accessible to all players, not just people willing to spend 15k in "chances" to get them. Imagine if you made fortune seekers able to spoil god bottles in the 120+ areas? It won't happen I know.. NC Soft West doesn't actually care about players having fun.... this forum is a place where dreams and ideas go to die. The only employees that read it are the forum killers looking to ban people and remove any and all content that isn't "positive"............. a girl can dream though...

I have had posts deleted and been banned for trying to make fun of a bad situation. They have gotten completely out of control and unless you're overwhelmingly positive, I guess they think if they use communist tactics and control what people read that no one will understand how bad the game is now. In reality all this does is make the game worse, and make players even more upset. The game is salvageable, but NC Soft West has show repeatedly that they have no idea how to make the game fun, or enjoyable anymore. They need a REAL community manager that PLAYS THE GAME that has the ability to make changes. Without this, it will just get worse until no one wants to play. If this is the ultimate goal of NC Soft West, it would be nice to let us know so we could all move on.

1005%Disagree, you CAN'T level them anymore like you used to with raid bosses, you can ONLY BUY MORE, MORE, MORE, MORE with a 15% compound rate at lvl 5. You let me know how many 11's you get out of this and how much $$$$$ you spend. It seems people are REALLY tired of spending rent every other week to progress. You actually have it backwards, people WANT to play the game, NC Soft has just taken ALL game mechanics out of the game and you can only buy more, more, more, more.. then fail, fail, fail, fail, then spend more more, more, more.

It's the NC Soft West way, if you say ANYTHING negative about them, its deleted.. so as we were at 5 pages and now we are at 3 pages, you can see... they do A LOT of censoring. Which is funny, because when you open a ticket, they tell you to go to forums and make your issues known, but when you bring up a negative issue, it's almost instantly deleted. I wonder if the Dev's know the actual truth about the players and how we are treated?

On Second thought, please close the game, so the players can buy the IP from NC Soft and run the server the way we want!
