What can I say, I never expected a real response from then but they did advise that I could seek assistance from the forums so I am now seeking answers. Here is the topic and responses, if you have any comments let me know
I have been advised that Shilen Stun which is for 5 seconds is not able to be removed, yet I have witnessed at least twice now it being removed in less than a second after it lands. Can you please advise how it can be removed as I have tried on numerous different characters and it was never able to be removed

Do you have any video footage about this issue? Yes I do. The footage is in low detail, yet you can see the debuff going on and in less than 1 second the debuff is removed. I told you the time of the match and the participants in the match I am unsure what other details I need to provide as your logs should tell you what happenedHello,

NCSOFT Support TeamHere is the video, I as I said low quality but at 1:26 you can see Shilen Stun being applied and at 1:27 its gone. If the developers are unsure what it looks like its the Purple icon. They will see it at 0.22 seconds into the video and 1:00 seconds into the video as it was applied to me. Yet as you will see from the footage at 1:26 when it was applied to the other toon it was removed in less than a second.
Again the question that I have, which still has not been answered, can this debuff be removed and if so how. I fail to see why this simple game play question cannot be answered.

NCSOFT Support Teamthis is an unsatisfactory response. Skills are general knowledge. Your lack of information about skills is known. There is no advantage with providing skills for a class that I am not, there is no advantage with providing me skills of an item that I could get to counter this, there is no advantage for me to test out what your developers are saying.
Provide me with the name of the skills or items that can counter this. As I mentioned in the ticket above I have tried many skills on many different classes and can not take the skill away, especially in less than a second.
If you dont the I will assume that the rumours about a NCSoft employee being in the clan that I have noticed this action happening continually being correct.
This to me is nothing more than NCSoft allowing certain players, which are NCSoft employees, to use programs and hacks to progress.

NCSOFT Support TeamExplain to me how telling me which skill removes it can provide me with an advantage? The callous lack of knowledge of your team is mind blowing. It took close to a week for you to respond with a response that demonstrates nothing. This ticket resolved absolutely nothing, except showing how ineffectual your team is. The platitudes about concerns, improvements are wasted as nothing is ever done.
You say there are skills, yet you "cant" say what they are because this will give an advantage, Yet what advantage would that be? I think it more you don't know what the skills are and will not say.
Skills are general information, there are literally 100's of them when you take into account the classes, there are also passives, items and sub skill, These all have inadequate descriptions. The question as to why, well to easily not answer questions like this.
I know that there are other tickets that have been closed on this clan where your team of "experts" have reviewed the footage of programs and said nothing is was wrong this type of response is not surprising.
Don't be so obtuse as you are in effect reliant on people playing the game for your job.

What I believe is that you know they are using a hack, as they are a NCSoft employee and you don't want to admit it.
This is not an isolated instance and you lack of a response is poor to say the least

How many times do we have to say STOP doing events where people need to be logged in. The servers you have cant handle the volume of bots which you cant seem to be able to eradicate

Really? You are just now reading the comments? These have been the same comments for years. I wont hold my breath. How is it that an Admin that has been around this long only has 77 posts. This shows how active and how connected you are to this community.
There has been a challenge for you all to create a toon and level it. I bet you cant do it with free gear.

Your definition of a good job must be exceptionally low. But all to their own I suppose.
The game has and still is being ruined by NCSoft, they have changed the game to suit their own desires not the community.
If you remember back to the last dragon weapon enchant event it was evident, they messed up the code and had to do a reset.
The Einhasad shop that other regions have we don't.
There have been numerous polls that they ask for community feedback that go nowhere and when asked about what they will do with our feedback there is silence.
They don't log into the forums unless they post a maintenance update.
They don't provide clear answers to questions, lets just take the multiple posts regarding Nostromo, mouse macros etc.
They rarely if ever post on forums except to lock a post.
They are continually posting bad information about events, the last being the free event is not the only time it has happened.
If I were their employer I would have removed them ages ago solely based on a few of these examples.

Why do you need more 105-110 areas there are plenty and half are empty except during an xp event. If by now you are not over 110 and its your main then there is something wrong especially since the last boost from NCSOFT gave full vit to any toon under 111 for 4 weeks.

Hero coin in my opinion is useless now. Like most I used for heavenly and now have used across all of my accounts. The pots from mentee were great and since they are gone I'm not really seeing a point in buying coin, there is no benefit any longer. I used all my coin before they removed the mentee buffs and now I'm back at 22k, what do I do with this much coin with the options I have, nothing really.

The limit is ridiculous, when you have more spaces available on both classes and it still doesnt allow to you change. They provided the items that allow increases in inventory spaces but didnt put the logic into using this number vs the number of base spaces the dual has, it seems like poor vision. Yet then again NCSoft has never been known for having much vision, especially the lackluster people that we have to deal with

I think there are number of factors.
1. There is a lack of items that are needed to upgrade i.e. Elcyum, Scrolls for Braclets, Circlets etc
2. The enchant rates are so low that the amount of items you need to upgrade become expensive i.e Cloak, Braclet, Artifacts, Armor etc
3. The adena drops have been modified by NCSoft multiple times which means the mid grade people still are having trouble getting the adena needed i.e IOS
4. High level players farming adena in lower level area due to NCSoft failure i.e Neutral Zone
5. There are some that keep pushing prices up and up and some people buy at that price which then sets a new price point
6. There are only a few that have some of the top items such as Bloods/Claws so they set the price and they are normally the one putting the Fragments/Bloodthirsty items on the market

When is this going to be fixed? I have max inventory space on both dual and main which is 182 spaces, yet I need to have 95 to change class.
38 of the spaces are used due to my gear, which means that my "Inventory" is really 57.
This issue has been raised multiple times and still nothing has happened.
This along with the wasted space of items in WH that are not able to be destroyed just adds to the issue.

I would beg to differ, healers are also impacted greatly. Lumi is hit and miss on mobs in instances, it lands eventually if you spam it, yet I can see and Iss that is lower than me is able to land its debuffs 100% of the time, seriously no logic in that. Dark Devour, and Dark Backfire seldom land. I can understand if the mob was red/dark yellow, but when its white and even green there is no reason it doesnt land.

I would like to know the following, HOW does @Juji and NC Soft West justify making each player pay $4,725 PER CHARCTER to simply have the BASE skills to play a video game. This is without gear, skills or skill enchant, and GEAR.. it's the expensive part?
I would to know why we as North Americans are charged more than triple for items than any other Lineage 2 servers in the world.
I know there is a lot of toxic chat in game, but at the end of the day we're ALL GAMERS and we ALL deserve to be treated the same as the other Gamers on the other Lineage 2 Servers in the world. Just because we are in the Americans, it should not be an excuse to gouge the player base. As a Help to all My Fellow Gamers and the community I created a list of all night market Items and the actual cost of them in the spreadsheet.

With the new level 32 forgotten skill the price is even higher. I'm pretty sure you need 32 Forgotten Books lvl 1 at a 10% chance of getting a book, which with NC logic is a 0.0001% change. You need 10 of these books. So that's an extra 320 not taking into account the fails, which could be unimaginable.
I'm unsure how they worked out the prices for each but I suspect it's market demand as you see Obsidian/Topaz/Garnet and Pearl low, these are low demand today. The only one that surprises me is Aquamarine as I don't think this is worth much at all but it's more expensive than the last 3 I mentioned. Vitality people want but its still cheap. Then we have Sapphire and Emerald at the same price. Tanzanite was a bit more expensive than Sapphire a few months back. But Blue Cats Eye is over priced based on the market. People are selling NCCoin at ridiculous prices and you could probably get one cheaper selling coin than using the event. I have seen people selling coin for over 13kk a coin. If you add a price of 13kk to the table you have you will see that some are close to what the market prices have been, even if you use the 9kk some heros ask for all but the Ruby and Red Cats Eye are close, some are still over the current market prices.

Yeah but when you only get the rare augment once in over 1000 tries its hard to swap, since normally it should give you a rare at least 1 in 50/60 goes from my experience. The rate this time was very very low. I expect the rates for artifacts will be just as low, so good luck

Its funny as the GMs think that the forums will help resolve the issues, we all know that @Juji @LIME @Hime will never read this thread.
However, one good part about this ticket was the confirmation that this is working as intended "However, I can only confirm that its mechanics are working as intended." That being said you may buy an item that is only intended for one thing but the chances of you getting it are NEVER in your favour. As I mentioned to the GMs I had no issues If I had got a different augment. The fact that I got it once in over 1100 times and this is what 3 GMs have now told me is intended should caution us all. I like the game and am willing to gamble but with odds of over 1000 to 1 for simple things like augments only questions what the odds are for the event boxes.
It would be interesting if they posted the rates, doubt they will unless its legally required.

Yeah forums is the place according to the "support" and I do use the term with sarcasm. In a nut shell the likes of @Juji @Hime @LIME that are left to mediate this which means nothing will change as we already saw how the comments from the poll went.... nothing was done.
I just felt I would share what NC SOFT said. I asked a question which was simple, is this normal? By not answering that question that have said this is normal. We all knew that rates were low but over 1100 to 1 seems high, imagine what the odds are for better things

Honestly, we do get your point here and we understand where you are coming from, but getting augmentation is fully developed to match the current game standards and the rarer the augmentation you're trying to achieve, the lower the rate for it to appear. However, that doesn't mean that this functionality will be changed due to player's request as this mechanic is set by the Development Team, and the Support Team is unable to modify or change any rates.
We've confirmed this by acquiring augmentation with different characters and the probabilities always match the expected results that this functionality is fair and unbiased.
There is also no mechanism actively working against players to make it more and more difficult to obtain the augmentation that we desire. A new person trying these mechanics has the same chance to succeed in any individual. Furthermore, the said mechanics are working as designed.
However due to your continuous support, we've provided 4,000 NCoin on your account as a sign of appreciation and you will be able to see the changes once you login.
We know that this is not the answer you may looking for, but we can only ask for your understanding.

Let me be clear.
The stones you sell are specific for an augment that is unique to the Ferios cloak. There is NO other way to get the augment. You specifically call it out on your website (excerpts below).
"Spirit stone used to apply a 2nd random augment effect to a +15 Legendary Ferios Cloak."
"When applying your second augment to a +15 (or higher) Legendary Ancient Cloak, you can receive a random augment property from above or one of these unique augment skills depending on your Cloak."
You sell that augment for 60 NC Coins. Yet the standard augment stones you sell for 120 NC coin for 5.
All players know that there is a "chance" to get the special augment when using the special augment stones. The odds are obviously not in our favour as you articulated "the rarer the augmentation you're trying to achieve, the lower the rate for it to appear".
We also know that you will get a special augment once in a while during this process that you will discard (as there are several options available) , this is normal.
The user knows that if you keep trying you may get the augment. We do this as this is the ONLY way to get this augment using your game mechanics.
But don't get me wrong we don't expect that after more than 1100 tries to only get ONE variation of the special augment , when paying a premium for this stone. We expect to receive it 1 in 60 or less and discard when the special augment is not what we want.
Let me repeat, after over 1100 tries ( you can check this from my game play or just look at my purchases) I only received 1 special augment. A special augment that this Stone is designed for and ONLY this stone can provide.
Remember if I were to use the normal stones I would have ended up with the augment I have with less that 20,000 NC COIN as I got it probably 6-7 times.
Based on the number of stones I purchased it would have been approximately 29.000 NC COIN if I wanted a "common augment".
You are selling a Stone that is the ONLY way to get this augment and based on you response above ("We've confirmed this by acquiring augmentation with different characters and the probabilities always match the expected results that this functionality is fair and unbiased") you are saying that this is normal? The odds are over 1100 to 1 to get and augment from this stone that is sold ONLY for this purpose?

This seems to be inline with what I have seen. I tried further and with over 1100 stones I only received the special Augment once. With odds this bad NC Soft are worse than casino odds
. I found that Confusion and Strike seem to be the most frequent occurrences, sometimes the same augment 2-3 times in a row.

Curious as to how many stones people have used to get the unique augment and how often a unique augment has appeared. I tried on a Ferios cloak and only received a unique augment once with over 500 stones. Even with the bad rates NC provide this seems low

Don't be ridiculous, this will only allow the top people to level more high level toons. Leveling to 115 is not hard, it just takes time. Remember that years ago it took a long time to get to Bgrade, Agrade,Sgrade, the difference now is that the levels have just increased. If you don't have end game gear levels mean nothing.
