go to einhasad shop misc tab, buy the name change ticket, keep it in your inventory and contact support and request a name change for that character.

besides that, afaik their policy is to deal with support, those issues can't be dealt in forum. And support should tell you why you are banned.

There is no limit to buying ecoin, whenever you want to buy ecoin you pay $40, get 3200 NCoin and use that to buy 400 ecoin
Being forced to buy a bunch of junk for $80 so you can get 1/4 of you paid $15 for a month ago is predatory monetization

We used to pay $15/month for prestige subscription and got Baium Rune, Bloody Rune, Eva's rune and Prestige Rune
Now you want $80/month just to get prestige rune. What a joke.

the new event is the answer to your question.you used to pay $15 for prestige which included bloody rune, adena rune and reuse rune.now they will charge you $25 just for bloody rune

feoh is cheaper
dk needs lots of gear to be 100% effective, and the recent change with prestige hurts (IMO) dk the most. To replace the 20% reuse you lose with prestige you need +30 Defense Forgotten and Shilen 8+. Those are not cheap items

Currently the only way to use them is the (limited) options available in the dimensional merchant

it's not $1500, that's the cost of the service in Japan and Korea (cause their Einhasad coins cost 35% cheaper)
over here it costs .... $2000 (we pay $40/400 einhasad so 20,000 einhasad = $2000)
also, the "power within" event over here costs roughly twice as much as it cost in Korea/Japan and a bit more that double what it cost in Core

they always pad the calendar to account for people missing a day here and a day there, imagine how much it would suck missing the vitality rune cause one day you were too busy to login

Core got a 7 day Vit Rune and +10% damage we got a 14 Day Rune, I think most people would prefer our version of the event, considering vitality aint cheap
