@harakini same here. I open a ticket 2 days ago. They tell me to run "dxdiag", "hijackthis", disable some programs and, recently, tried to solve the problems running the program as admin.. -
probably they won't solve it now.. it's weekend

I've the same problem. I just reinstall windows, I already disabled firewall and updated windows. Nothing work.
