I have spent about $7500 each of the past couple events, trying to legitimately get top weapons.
I have been offered a stage 2 Dragon weapon for $5k, but I do not engage in these kinds of Real Money transactions.
The point I am trying to make is that, I understand low chances, but this is ridiculous.

i guess the 'oldest active' clan leader who is conscious about crp should know this.
u just need to enter the damn dimensional server. it doesnt have to be during a dimensional siege
it will reset the clan quest just as it resets if you watch or join an olympiad match. or maybe you didnt know that either?

only clan leaders can enter dimensional server any time so they can reset clan quests when they want.

10,000 CRP is not easy to get takes 2 people full Dailies for the week to get that. Also you got 30,000 CRP needed a week just to keep your clan skills going.
So need 6 more people just to get 30k week there. If you want to increase your clan skills you need a lot of CRP you do not want to go negative if you can help.
So please educate yourself a little.
dude it so happen that i am a clan leader and basically upped my clan to lvl 11 myself
clan skills last 15 days*
and clan leaders can reset clan quests any time so crp for skills is not really a problem once you reach lvl 11. just invited other players to clan and slowly clan is reaching lvl12
i have few players on my clan and i have no problem closing wars and losing 10k crp. do u think big clans will have this problem?

Yes go with Dex because STR has nothing to do with archers. However if Dex is so important why are most archer Ghost Sentinels (DEs) and not Moonlight Sentinels (LEs) who naturally have more dex?
All i will say on that topic for now on.
Aside from Counter Instinct which is the best skill among all Yuls, DEs have naturally high STR so they can EASILY focus on adding up on DEX. On the other hand , Elves already have decent DEX but since they want more DEX, they will be neglecting their STR. With the new dyes this was addressed a bit.
Do you honestly think those Ghost Sentinels are still adding STR? With the new dyes, yes... but I'm sure DEX is their priority.
And another good point that I got why a Yul must go all DEX. As we know, STR relates to P. Atk and DEX to Crit Rate. There are A BUNCH of items that you can use to increase P. atk but there are only FEW to increase DEX.

im experiencing this now. few hours earlier i experienced lagging... so i restarted the router and even the PC. but when i try to relog again, the launcher is taking too long to open. If it does open and i log my account, i only see an Exit button then it closes...
